Abstract: An array substrate, a display device and a method for fabrication the array substrate are provided. The array substrate comprises a base substrate; gate lines and data lines; pixel electrodes; a common electrode layer including at least one first slot and at least one second slot at least partially overlapped with the first slot; at least one shielding electrode disposed above the data line; and at least one shielding branch electrode disposed above the gate line and electrically connected to the shielding electrode. A projection of the shielding electrode onto the data line is at least partially overlapped with the data line, a projection of the shielding branch electrode onto the gate line is at least partially overlapped with the gate line, and the array substrate exhibits at least one raised area where the at least one shielding branch electrode is embedded.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate including a display region and a frame region surrounding the display region. The display region further includes a plurality of second touch lines which are in parallel with the gate electrode lines, and each of the common electrode units is electrically connected to one of the second touch lines through a via hole. The frame region consists of a plurality of first switches and a plurality of test lines extending along a second direction, at least one end of each second touch line is connected to one of the first switches, and the test lines are electrically connected to the first switches.

Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes: multiple gate lines and multiple data lines, where the gate lines are insulated from and intersect with the data lines, which define multiple pixel units; a pixel electrode layer, where the pixel electrode layer includes multiple pixel electrodes, and the pixel electrodes are disposed in the pixel units; a common electrode layer, where the common electrode layer includes multiple common electrodes, and the common electrode serves as a touch electrode; and multiple auxiliary electrodes, where the auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the touch electrode, is disposed in a different conductive layer from the pixel electrode, and overlaps with at least one of the pixel electrodes. In this way, the storage capacitance is increased, and the display device has an improved display effect as compared with the conventional technology.
