    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services.
    Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for RACH re-attempt, a user equipment and a base station. The method comprises the steps of: by a base station, determining system configuration information and transmitting the system configuration information to a user equipment; and then, by the user equipment, transmitting a preamble sequence to perform random access, and if the random access is failed, performing RACH attempt according to the received RACH re-attempt configuration information to perform random access until a preset decision condition is satisfied. The embodiment of the present invention is used for RACH re-attempt when random access fails.

    Abstract: A method and device for reporting scheduling request are provided. The method includes the operations of acquiring a dedicated physical resource of a random access channel (RACH) configured to report a scheduling request, when the scheduling request is triggered, transmitting the RACH on the dedicated physical resource. The dedicated physical resource includes a plurality of periodic physical resources. Through this dedicated physical resource, the user equipment (UE) can report scheduling request in a contention-free random access way, and the capacity of a preamble sequence is improved and inter-cell interference is reduced.

The present disclosure discloses a method for detecting signals of a downlink control channel, including: determining, by a user equipment, an initial control resource set, and receiving common control information from resources specified in the initial control resource set before establishing a radio resource control (RRC) connection; after establishing the RRC connection, determining, by the user equipment, a first control resource set where a user-specific search space is located, and determining the user-specific search space from the first control resource set according to information sent by a base station and/or a user bandwidth capacity and/or a user service type; and detecting, by the user equipment, user control information in the user-specific search space determined. When the present disclosure is implemented, a lower transmission delay and higher transmission reliability can be achieved for a control channel.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for receiving scheduling information, comprising steps of: receiving Downlink Control Information (DCI); and determining, according to a mapping relationship between configured transmission resources used for a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) and scheduling information in the DCI, scheduling information corresponding to the PUSCH in the DCI. Compared with the prior art, in the present invention, the scheduling information in the DCI is determined by the mapping relationship between the configured transmission resources used for transmitting the PUSCH by a UE and the scheduling information in the DCI, so that a base station can schedule all UEs for which there is a mapping relationship between PUSCH configured transmission resources and the scheduling information in DCI by sending only one piece of DCI. The scheduling overhead is reduced, the resource waste is reduced, and the efficiency of scheduling terminals by a communication system is significantly improved.
