摘要： A lever-type electrical connector has connector housings and a lever rotatably mounted on a first connector housing. The lever has a cam track with an entrance end. A cam pin on the second connector housing enters the entrance end of the cam track when the connector housings are brought together with the lever in a waiting position, and by the interaction of the cam pin and the cam track, when thereafter the lever is rotated to a locking position, the connector housings are drawn together into a fully fitted conformation. At least one of the lever and the cam pin has an edge surface inclined with respect to the fitting direction whereby, when the lever is incorrectly located so that the pin is not received in the entrance end of said cam track, the lever and the pin interact at the inclined edge surface to prevent the lever from over-riding the pin.

摘要： A connector includes a connector housing and a branched joint terminal for branching a primary line to a plurality of secondary lines. The connector housing has a plurality of terminal housing extending parallel to each other and opening at the front side for accommodating one terminal connected to the primary line or to the secondary line (5B). The connector housing is provided with grooves extending between the side walls thereof and crossing the terminal housing. Thus extended formed groove is also opened at the front side for receiving the joint terminal therein. When joint terminal is placed in the groove, the first and second terminals accommodated in the terminal housing are electrically connected through the joint terminal so that the primary line is branched and connected to the secondary terminals.

摘要： A connector comprises a plurality of forked terminals, an insulating housing, a flat cable and a slide member. The terminals are inserted into the housing from an opening disposed at one side of slit-shaped through-openings arranged in parallel with each other. The flat cable and the slide member are inserted into the housing from an opening disposed at the other side of the through-openings. A pressing portion projecting from a base plate portion of the slide member presses the flat cable against the terminals. The area of a contact portion of each terminal is great to secure the connection between conductors of the flat cable and the terminals.

摘要： A joint connector having a connector housing and containing electrical wires having terminals on their distal ends. Some terminals are electrically coupled to each other through a shorting plate. There are two groups of chambers accommodating terminals, one group over the other, with a joint chamber between. Apertures in at least some of each group of chambers are in communication with the joint chamber and the shorting plate is in the joint chamber facing the apertures. The chambers have open ends, into which terminals are introduced, and closed ends remote therefrom. Some of each group of chambers have open ends facing front and some of each group of chambers have open ends facing back. Certain of the terminals have tongue pieces which project through the apertures into the joint chamber when they are in the chambers.
