Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch film, a touch panel, a touch display device and a preparing method thereof, in which breakage probability in a metal portion can be reduced, thereby improving the touch performance. The touch film comprises a flexible substrate made of polyimide, a metal layer, and an organic film arranged therebetween and having a water drop contact angle less than 80°. The touch film further comprises a touch electrode layer comprising multiple groups of first touch electrodes and multiple groups of second touch electrodes, wherein each group of the first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first touch electrodes arrayed in a second direction; and each group of the second touch electrodes comprises a plurality of second touch electrodes arrayed in a first direction. The metal layer comprises metal connection lines for electrically connecting adjacent first touch electrodes.

Abstract: A display panel includes an array substrate including organic light-emitting structures, and at least one fingerprint identification unit. Each organic light-emitting structure has a first side facing the array substrate, and the fingerprint identification unit is disposed in a display region on the first side of the organic light-emitting structure. The display panel also includes a plurality of spacers and a plurality of anti-crosstalk pads. When being projected onto the array substrate, the orthogonal projection of each spacer is disposed between orthogonal projections of adjacent organic light-emitting structures. Each anti-crosstalk pad is disposed between a corresponding spacer and the fingerprint identification unit. An orthogonal projection of the anti-crosstalk pad onto the array substrate include a first region overlapping with the orthogonal projection of the spacer onto the array substrate. The anti-crosstalk pad blocks light scattered by the spacer from entering the at least one fingerprint identification unit.

The fingerprint recognition module is disposed on the encapsulation layer and includes at least one fingerprint recognition unit. The projection of the fingerprint recognition unit onto the array substrate is located in the non-light-emitting area of the first substrate. The non-light-emitting area is located between two adjacent light-emitting units.
