    摘要: Each radio base station (11, 21) evaluates whether a radio environment between itself and a mobile station is an environment in which diversity gain is obtained or an environment in which diversity gain is not obtained and interference will be impressed upon communication with another radio base station, allows the mobile station to transmit if the radio environment is the environment in which diversity gain is obtained, disallows the mobile station to transmit if the environment is the environment in which interference will be impressed upon communication with another radio base station, and neither allows nor disallows the mobile station to transmit if the environment is an environment in which although diversity gain is not obtained, no interference will be impressed upon communication with another radio base station. The mobile station performs a transmission of uplink data if it is being allowed to transmit by one or more radio base stations and, moreover, it is not being disallowed to transmit by any radio base station.

    摘要: A receiver receives data transmitted from a transmitter. The data is stored in a buffer, and a reliability value of the data is computed by a computing unit. A determining unit determines reliability of the data by comparing a reliability value of existing data in the buffer and a reliability value of the data. When the reliability value of the data is higher than a predetermined value, the existing data is combined with the data. Then, an error correcting unit performs error correcting on combined data obtained, and outputs decoded bits. If the combined data includes many errors, retransmission of the data is requested to the transmitter. When the reliability value of the data is lower than the predetermined value, retransmission of data is directly requested without combining the data with the existing data.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a handover method in CDMA mobile communication. A base station and a mobile station of the same establishes synchronization after the handover by correcting a discrepancy of a frame number on the base station side to reduce the processing load of the mobile station. Data segmenting means segments an input data string, which is to undergo error-detecting encoding, into a plurality of sub-data strings, dividing means divides the segmented sub-data strings by a polynomial, which is for generating an error-detecting code, and calculates remainders, converting means applies conversion processing, which conforms to a segmentation position of the sub-data strings, to the remainders on a per-remainder basis, and combining means combines converted values, which have been obtained by the conversion processing, and outputs parity bits. An encoder appends this parity to a data string, and a decoder detects error using this parity.
