摘要: An ampule separator which can efficiently cut off ampules from a strip of series-connected plastic ampules. A strip of series-connected plastic ampule is put in a stocker having an outlet at its bottom, with the individual ampules arranged horizontally. A pair of horizontally arranged rotors are provided under the outlet of the stocker. Each rotor is formed, in its outer peripheral surface, with a groove in which the body of a plastic ampule can be partially received. As the rotors are rotated, the lowermost one of the plastic ampules is received in the grooves. As the rotors are rotated further, the ampule in the grooves is pushed down and cut off along a cutoff line formed between this and the immediately upper ampules by the rear edges of the grooves, with the upper ampules supported on cylindrical outer surfaces of the rotors.

摘要: Powder (b) cut and attached to tablet pieces (T1, T2) can be removed smoothly. A tablet dividing feeder (A1) cuts and divides a tablet (T) in a receiving pocket into two halves with a fixed blade as a rotor rotates. Powder removing plates (64a, 64b, 66) are installed in a tablet supplying passage (14) of the feeder. The powder removing plate (64b) is vibrated by a vibration motor (71) to peel the powder (b) attached to the tablet on the powder removing plate and drop the powder (b) from a slit (a). The peeling operation is performed by temporarily leaving the tablet pieces (T1, T2) between the powder removing plates (64a, 64b). The powder removing plate (64b) is fluctuated by a plunger, and the tablet pieces may be left and dropped due to the fluctuation. The tablet piece drops along the powder removing plate (66), and the attached powder is peeled to be guided to a packaging process through a supply opening (90).

摘要: An article recognition apparatus includes a marker having four or more unit pattern marks which are provided at a predetermined positional relationship on an article to be recognized and which are formed in such a way that a density pattern sequentially changes from a center position to a periphery of the pattern marker. The article recognition apparatus also includes an imaging tool that is disposed opposite the article to be recognized and that captures an image of the marker; a supporting mechanism that supports the imaging tool so as to enable setting of the imaging tool at least at a non-face-up measurement position; and a layout information recognition block that recognizes layout information about a position and an attitude of the article to be recognized.

摘要: A display change device is formed by connecting and thereby integrating an installation/removal device and a card display change device together. The card installation/removal device is configured to have at a back side thereof a pressure reception wall, at a further back side of which a position adjustment mechanism part is provided. The position adjustment mechanism part is configured to include a seat member, a moving part, and a drive part. The position adjustment mechanism part is configured to strike and move the card installation/removal device by an eccentric cam. The position adjustment mechanism part moves the eccentric cam far from the pressure reception wall under the condition that a reaction force Fr received by the eccentric cam becomes larger than a force Fa for pulling the moving part toward the pressure reception wall side.

摘要: A structure for recognizing an article to be collected includes a recognition reference plane that is provided in a part of a holding base which holds the article to be collected with a predetermined positional relationship and that serves as a reference used for recognizing layout information about a position and an attitude of the holding base. The structure also includes a recognition indicator element which is placed on the recognition reference plane in such a way that an imaging tool captures an image of the recognition indicator element and which has four or more unit pattern marks at a predetermined positional relationship, in which each of the unit pattern marks is formed such that a density pattern sequentially changes with an increasing distance from a center position toward a periphery of the mark.
