摘要： A modeling data creating system comprises: a correction unit that corrects structure data expressing the form of a desired structure based on change amount data; a contour generation unit that generates contour data expressing the contour of a support member for supporting the structure on a modeling table, based on the structure data; a support member generation unit that generates support member data expressing the form of multiple column bodies within the contour expressed by the contour data; and a cross-section generation unit that generates cross-sectional data expressing the cross-sectional shape of each of multiple planes approximately parallel to the modeling table, the planes making up a model configured of the support member expressed by the support member data and the structure expressed by the structure data. Through this, the modeling data creating system suppresses a difference in the model that is to be formed and the modeling data expressing the form of the model.

摘要： A measuring apparatus has a display unit that can be favorably viewed when a measured object is clamped by a clamp-type sensor regardless of the orientation and position of the measured object. The measuring apparatus includes a first main unit on which the clamp-type sensor is disposed and a second main unit that is rotatably connected to the first main unit and on which the display unit is disposed. The second main unit is connected to the first main unit via a hinge unit capable of maintaining an arbitrary rotation position. The display unit is disposed on a surface of the second main unit that is opposite the first main unit when the measuring apparatus is folded up.

摘要： An epilating device has a rotary cylinder carrying a plurality of pinching row units arranged around the cylinder. An actuator bar is connected to movable blades in each row unit and is caused by a driven mechanism to move the movable blades towards the adjacent blades for pinching body hairs therebetween and plucking the hairs as the cylinder rotates. After the actuator bar is released from the driven mechanism, the bar is urged by a return spring to move the blades away from the adjacent blade to be ready for subsequent hair pinching. All the actuator bars spaced circumferentially around the cylinder and provided respectively for the row units are coupled commonly to the one return spring so that the epilating device can have an increased number of the row units around the cylinder only at a minimum number of the springs.
