    摘要: A motor-driven compressor has a compression mechanism, a rotary shaft, an electric motor, a motor drive circuit and a housing assembly. The compression mechanism, the electric motor and the motor drive circuit are disposed along the axial direction of the rotary shaft in the housing assembly. The housing assembly has first and second housings. The first housing mounts the electric motor and the compression mechanism. The first housing has first and second mounting lugs formed integrally with the peripheral surface of the first housing. The second housing is joined to the first housing for accommodating the motor drive circuit. The second housing has a third mounting lug formed integrally with the second housing. The first through third mounting lugs are fastened to a mounting object to which the motor-driven compressor is to be mounted by means of fastening members.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a housing, a discharge passage, a rotary shaft, a fixed scroll, a movable scroll, an oil separator and an oil reservoir for compressing refrigerant gas containing lubricating oil. The housing has a rear housing which has a partition wall. The discharge passage is formed in the housing. The discharge passage has a discharge chamber, a discharge hole and an accommodation chamber. The discharge chamber and the accommodation chamber are communicated with each other through the discharge hole. The oil separator is provided in the accommodation chamber. The oil separator has a separation member and an oil reserved area. The oil reservoir is defined around an entire circumference of the partition wall which defines the discharge chamber therein. The oil reservoir is formed so as to communicate with the oil reserved area of the oil separator.

    摘要: A control valve has a valve housing. A valve chamber and a pressure sensing chamber are defined in the valve housing, respectively. A pressure sensing member is located in the pressure sensing chamber. A pressure sensing rod is slidably supported by the valve housing. A valve body is accommodated in the valve chamber. An end of the pressure sensing rod is connected to the pressure sensing member and the other end of the pressure sensing rod contacts the valve body. A solenoid chamber is defined in the valve housing. A stationary iron core is located between the valve chamber and the solenoid chamber. A solenoid rod extends through and is slidably supported by the stationary iron core. An urging force applied to the pressure sensing member by an actuator through the solenoid rod corresponds to a target value of the pressure difference. The pressure sensing member moves the valve body such that the pressure difference seeks the target value.

    摘要: Valve and separator unit is mounted to a housing of a compressor. The unit includes a check valve for preventing the reverse flow of refrigerant, and an oil separator for separating a mist of lubricating oil contained in the refrigerant from the refrigerant. Separated lubricating oil is introduced into a crank chamber via an oil passage, and the separated refrigerant is directed to the check valve, which prevents of the reverse flow of the refrigerant from the external refrigerant circuit to the discharge chamber.

    摘要: A vehicle air conditioner including a refrigerant circuit that incorporates a variable displacement compressor driven by an engine of the vehicle. The air conditioner includes a control valve for varying the displacement of the compressor and an ECU for controlling the control valve. The control valve has a bellows, a valve body, and a coil. The ECU varies the displacement of the compressor by energizing the coil to apply a force, which counters the movement of the bellows, to the valve body to move the valve body. This alters the moved amount of the bellows. The air conditioner control unit gradually changes the force applied to the valve body by the coil to adjust the pressure difference and vary the displacement of the compressor when the engine is running at an idle speed.
