摘要: A method of manufacturing a fluid injecting apparatus in which an actuator oscillates a nozzle plate disposed in an injecting tank for storing a heated image forming solvent so as to inject an image forming solvent from a plurality of nozzle holes disposed in the nozzle plate. The method includes the steps of: disposing the actuator, which is formed to be smaller than a mounting space formed in the injecting tank, in a recessed manner within the mounting space; next charging an adhesive into a gap between the injecting tank and the actuator which are in a state of being heated to a temperature higher than a temperature of the heated image forming solvent; and hardening the adhesive in a heated state.

摘要: A developing device in which, after a film onto which an image was exposed has been heat-development processed, an image reader reads image information from the film and the image information is recorded onto a floppy disk. Then the film from which the image information was read is transported to a cutting apparatus. At the cutting apparatus, the film is grippedly transported between a cutter roller and a rubber roller and the film is destroyed such that the image information thereon cannot be read. The cutting apparatus is built into the interior of the developing device. Thus, when the film is ejected to an eject tray provided outside the developing device, the image information is already in an indecipherable state. Hence, the confidentiality of the recorded image information is reliably assured.

摘要: In a developing processing method and apparatus in which developing processing is carried out in such a manner that a processing solution is jetted from jetting holes to an emulsion surface of a photosensitive material, a hole diameter of the jetting holes is set to be 0.5 mm to 0.9 mm. In this case, clogging of the jetting holes does not easily occur and the processing solution can be jetted from the jetting holes stably for a long period of time. Accordingly, non-uniform processing is rarely caused. Intervals between the jetting holes in the transverse direction of the photosensitive material are each in a range of 3.0 mm to 4.5 mm. The jetting holes are disposed in such a manner that jetting holes of adjacent three rows in a direction in which the photosensitive material is conveyed are located at different positions to form a staggered arrangement, and the three rows of jetting holes are formed repeatedly. By substantially shortening the intervals between the jetting holes in the transverse direction of the photosensitive material, non-uniform processing does not occur even in a photosensitive material having a large transverse direction, and a desired photographic property can be obtained.

摘要: An image forming apparatus including an injector disposed opposite the transfer path of an image recording material and injecting an image forming solvent toward the image recording material, and a guide member having suction holes for suction, disposed opposite the injector with respect to the transfer path for the image recording material and guiding the image recording material by sucking through the sucking holes. Accordingly, since the guide member guides the image recording material by sucking through suction holes, a clearance between the injector and the image recording material is kept constant during injection of the image forming solvent, so that the image forming solvent can be applied to the image recording material uniformly.
