摘要: In a laser beam recording apparatus comprising a laser source, an optical modulator for modulating the intensity of the laser beam from the laser source in response to an electrical signal, an optical scanner for deflecting the modulated laser beam, a recording medium on which the deflected laser beam is recorded, and a optical system for guiding the emitted laser beam from the laser source to recording medium, an automatic focusing device is provided for vibrating a lens or mirror in the optical system in synchronism with the scanning provided by the optical scanner, thereby converging the deflected laser beam into a small spot at any position on the recording medium.

摘要: A conventional invention has a structure of a washing chamber in which the work is set on a table and the entire surface of the work is consistently washed and dried by rotations in an orbital motion and a planetary motion of the washing and drying nozzles which are respectively provided in all four directions—top, bottom, right and left. The conventional invention effectively washes a greater area of the work or the like, but due to limitations of the structure, it can wash only small-sized works or small components. Also, it does not always sufficiently wash and dry large-sized works, and consequently overhaul such works.To resolve the problems, besides the above structures, the present invention provides an additional structure of a rotary frame to generate rotations in an orbital motion and planetary motion so that the works can be efficiently and entirely washed and dried, and the overhaul of the works can consequently be completed.

The conveyer and the rail of each reservoir lower portion are approximately arranged on the same face. The work is horizontally moved through this conveyer and the rail and is washed and dried by utilizing the union of each reservoir lower portion and each reservoir upper portion. Accordingly, the work is simplified and made at high speed and is facilitated by performing the washing, the processing and the movement in the horizontal movement. A dividing type using the reservoir lower-upper portion is used, and ultrasonic washing is performed by supplying a fluid to the reservoir and the function of the ultrasonic device is enlarged.

摘要: A semiconductor laser module includes a laser holder, a semiconductor laser, a sleeve, an optical fiber, an annular member, and a flexible member. The laser holder has an end portion and is formed with a through-hole opened on the end portion. The semiconductor laser is provided on the laser holder and has a light-emitting portion for emitting a laser beam passing through the through-hole. The sleeve is fixed to the end portion so as to block the through-hole and is formed with an insertion hole. The optical fiber is disposed in the insertion hole and has an incident face. The laser beam is capable of entering the incident face. The annular member is provided on the end portion of the laser holder to encircle outside of the sleeve to be separated from the sleeve with a space between the annular member and the sleeve. The flexible member is affixed to the sleeve and the annular member for covering the space.
