Abstract:
A showerhead assembly is provided having a primary showerhead which is relatively traditional in construction and includes a hollow housing and a plurality of spray nozzles. In addition, the showerhead assembly includes an orbiting showerhead which rotates about the primary showerhead's central axis. The primary showerhead is connected to a water source by a neck portion having a female threaded inlet. Meanwhile, the orbiting showerhead is rotatably connected to the neck portion by a collar and elbow conduit. Preferably, the orbiting showerhead can tilt inwardly and outwardly with respect to the elbow conduit thereby allowing the spray from the orbiting showerhead to tilt inward or outward relative to the spray from the primary showerhead.
Abstract:
An object is to provide a water discharge device in which a water sprinkling member having water discharge ports can simultaneously achieve both good rotation start-up ability and good rotation stability. A water discharge device FC is configured in such a manner that the center of gravity of a rotor constituted of a tubular body 20 and a head 40 (the water sprinkling member) is positioned near an opening 4 which is located near the center of swing at which a central axis C1 of the tubular body 20 tilted by swinging revolution and a central axis C2 of an inflow chamber 3 intersect in a state where any water is not supplied to a buffer chamber 43 of the head 40, whereas the center of gravity of the rotor is moved to a head 40 side in a state where the water is supplied to the buffer chamber 43 of the head 40.
Abstract:
A shower head designed to produce a consistent, wide diameter spray of water under both high and low water pressure conditions. The shower head includes a spinner tube mounted inside a cylindrical-shaped nozzle body. The upper segment of the spinner tube is held in a central location inside the nozzle body by a fixed cassette assembly. The middle and lower segments of the spinner tube extend below the cassette assembly and are bent outward and axially offset from the upper segment and from each other so that the spinner tube is able to spin freely inside the nozzle body. Mounted inside and over the upper end opening of the nozzle tube is an adapter with a longitudinally aligned threaded cavity formed on one end. The adapter includes a water orifice that delivers water from the shower head fixture tube to to the spinner tube. Disposed between the adapter and the upper end of the spinner tube is a flat washer with a narrow water orifice that delivers a narrow, high velocity stream of water to the spinner tube.
Abstract:
An orbiting nozzle dispersion apparatus is adapted for use in combination with a robot to form a dispensing system. The orbiting nozzle dispersion apparatus has a dispensing tube with a first end for receiving the materials to be dispersed and a second or nozzle end from which the material is finally dispersed onto the workpiece. The dispensing tube is compliantly supported at one end and supported at the nozzle end for orbital but not rotational motion about an axis.
Abstract:
A spray cleaning device for cleaning the interior of a vessel or the like through an access opening in an underside thereof. The cleaning device includes a wheeled carriage positionable in selected relation to a vessel to be cleaned, an elongated frame having a central drive shaft extending along its length, and a rotatable spray head supported in an upstanding relation to a downstream end of said elongated housing for rotation about multiple axes. The elongated frame is pivotably supported by said wheeled carriage for selective positioning of the spray head within the vessel to be cleaned, and the spray head has a liquid supply which communicates with a liquid inlet to an upstanding support thereof downstream of the central drive shaft so said liquid is not transmitted along the drive shaft.

Abstract:
A film forming apparatus by which uniform and large area films can be formed according to the AD method. The film forming apparatus includes: a film forming chamber; a substrate holder located in the film forming chamber, for holding a substrate on which a structure is to be formed; an exhaust pump for exhausting an interior of the film forming chamber; an aerosol generating unit for generating an aerosol by blowing up a raw material powder placed in a container with a gas; a carrier pipe for introducing the generated aerosol into the film forming chamber; a nozzle for spraying the aerosol introduced via the carrier pipe toward the substrate; and a control unit for chaotically changing a relative position of the substrate held by the substrate holder and the nozzle.
Abstract:
Rotating projector for a coating product including a spraying device having a circular spraying edge, driving means for driving the spraying device around a rotational axis, a body including primary openings arranged on a primary contour for ejecting primary air jets in a primary direction. The air jets having an axial component and an orthoradial component which are nonzero. The primary direction has a nonzero radial component, which is centrifugal relative to the rotation axis. Each primary jet extends along the rotational axis at a distance from the rotational axis than the radius of the spraying edge. The body includes secondary openings arranged on a secondary contour for ejecting the secondary air jets in a secondary direction having axial and centripetal radial components. The secondary jets hit an external surface of the spraying device. The contours coincide with a circle centered about the rotation axis.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for cleaning of enclosed spaces (1) by means of a sprayed liquid. The device comprises an outer unit (2) situated outside the enclosed space (1) and an inner unit (3) situated within the enclosed space (1). The outer unit (2) comprises a drive device (4). Said inner unit (3) comprises at least one flushing pipe (5a) and at least one spray head (6), to which spray head (6) at least one spray nozzle (7a-b) is fitted. The spray head (6) is connected rotatably to the flushing pipe (5a). The flushing pipe (5a) comprises at least one rotatable element (8a) which communicates with, and is caused to rotate by, said drive device (4) and therefore causes the spray head (6) with spray nozzle (7a-b) to rotate so that liquid sprayed out from at least one nozzle (7a-b) during rotation sweeps over the inside of the enclosed space (1). Said liquid flows both within said flushing pipes (5a-b) and in at least two flow directions to a free end (10) of a flushing pipe (5a-b), at which free end (10) a spray head (6) is connected.
