    摘要: In a surface mounting crystal unit comprising a quartz plate, a receptacle-like terminal member holding the quartz plate therein in such a way as to enable it to oscillate, and a lid covering an opening of the terminal member, the quartz plate is prepared in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped and disposed such that one or both of shorter sides of the quartz plate at its both ends can be fixedly attached to flat surface portions of the terminal member with an electrically conductive adhesive of high plasticity so that the impact of a drop is buffered by the adhesive. A likelihood of any leakage is minimized by airtight bonding of the lid to the opening of the terminal member with an inorganic material such as a solder, and the like. Furthermore, crystal impedance is lowered by producing a vacuum inside the terminal member airtightly bonded by the lid.

    摘要: A pressure regulating valve includes a valve body with an input port, an output port and a drain port. A valve member is slidably arranged in the valve body for controlling the fluid communication among the ports and is positioned by an electromagnetic solenoid and a spring, both of which apply loads to the valve member. A spring load setting mechanism is used to move the valve member to a position at which a load according to an input signal to the electromagnetic solenoid, the load of the spring and a feedback pressure are balanced. A supply pressure fed to the input port is thereby regulated and output from the output port. The load setting mechanism includes a receiving plug screwed into the valve body for holding and supporting the spring in a compressed state and a retainer fixed on the valve body for holding the receiving plug against rotation. The receiving plug has an indexed portion at its distal end which is engaged by the restrainer for establishing a rotational position. One of the retainer and the indexed portion of the receiving plug has recesses whereas the other has protrusions for engaging the recesses.

The organic EL element includes: a light-transmitting electrode layer provided on a light-transmitting substrate; an electrode layer forming a pair with the light-transmitting electrode layer; an organic layer between the electrode layers, containing an organic electroluminescent substance; a light-blocking auxiliary electrode formed on the light-transmitting electrode layer in contact with a part of the light-transmitting electrode layer; and an insulating coating film covering the auxiliary electrode. The auxiliary electrode has a low resistivity layer formed from a low resistivity material with a low specific resistance relative to the light-transmitting electrode layer and a coating layer formed from a high melting point material with a higher melting point than the low resistivity material.

    摘要: Moisture absorbent is embedded in a sheet-type support by a centrifugal force. A gas permeable sheet is fixed to one face of the support via an adhesive layer and a protection sheet is fixed to the other face of the sheet-type support via an adhesive layer. In this way, a moisture absorbent sheet is previously prepared. When in an organic EL display, the protection sheet is removed from the moisture absorbent sheet, the adhesive layer comes into contact with an opposed face of a seal cap and the moisture absorbent sheet is fixed to the opposed face. The seal cap is put on a transparent insulating substrate in which an anode layer, organic EL lamination body, and a cathode layer are laminated. The seal cap comes into contact with the transparent insulating substrate via seal resin of ultraviolet-curable type and ultraviolet rays are irradiated so as to complete the organic EL display.

    摘要: In a display panel of an active matrix-type liquid crystal display device in an In-Plane Switching mode, a black matrix is formed on the surface of a transparent substrate of a color-filter substrate, the surface being at a side opposed to a TFT substrate. The black matrix is made of a laminated film for which a metal oxide film and a metal film have been alternately laminated in two layers or more. The black matrix has a thickness of 0.2 μm or less and an OD value of 3 or more. Moreover, an electric-field shielding layer made of an ITO film connected to a common electrode is provided on a data line formed on the TFT substrate, via an insulating film. Furthermore, an impurity is doped in a liquid crystal layer so that resistance thereof becomes 1×1011 through 1×1013Ω·cm.
