摘要: In the laminated coil component, the grain diameter of the coil conductors is 10 μm to 22 μm after baking is completed. When the grain diameter of the coil conductors is set to be 10 μm or larger after baking is completed, surface roughness of the coil conductors can be reduced to such an extent that a satisfactory Q value can be obtained at a high frequency. In addition, when the grain diameter of the coil conductors is set to be 22 μm or smaller after baking is completed, metal of the coil conductors can be refrained from being rapidly melted down during baking. Accordingly, a high Q value can be obtained while a high quality is ensured.

摘要: A color filter having two-layered light-shielding sections without a black matrix is provided, which reduces the level difference from the colored materials for pixels with a simple method and makes it possible to remove the color layer on the said sections. A red color layer having stripe-shaped red pixel formation sections and a blue color layer having stripe-shaped blue pixel formation sections are overlapped to form two-layered light-shielding sections. A green color layer having island-shaped green pixel formation sections is overlapped with the red and blue color layers, placing the green pixel formation sections in the overlapped green pixel windows of the red and blue color layers. Only the peripheries of the green pixel formation sections are placed on the light-shielding sections to facilitate the removal of the peripheries by polishing.

摘要: An organic electroluminescent lighting device includes: a pair of rectangular electrode films stacked to face each other sandwiching an organic light-emitting element, and different from each other in polarity; wherein a first electrode film includes power supply terminal sections which are each of edge sides which face each other at a surface of the first electrode film; and auxiliary electrode film group including at least one of a plurality of first auxiliary electrode films and a plurality of second auxiliary electrode films located away from each other on the surface of the first electrode film. A sectional area viewed where the plurality of first auxiliary electrode films cuts perpendicularly to the edge sides increases relative to increasing distance from the edge sides. A sectional area viewed where the plurality of second auxiliary electrode films cuts parallel to the edge sides increases relative to increasing distance from the edge sides.

摘要: A lateral electric field type LCD device makes it possible to increase the degree of freedom in designing the constituent elements thereof and to improve the aperture ratio easily compared with the related-art LCD structure. The drain bus lines are entirely covered with the at least one first liquid crystal driving electrode (e.g., the common electrode). The gate bus line corresponding to each pixel region is covered with the at least one first liquid crystal driving electrode except for a predetermined non-overlapped area existing in a part that does not overlap with the corresponding TFT. The predetermined non-overlapped area of the gate bus line corresponding to each pixel region is covered with the storage capacitor electrode corresponding to the adjacent pixel region. Preferably, the at least one first liquid crystal driving electrode comprises openings that expose the channel regions of the TFTs, respectively.
