摘要: A semiconductor device manufacturing method which makes it possible to accurately grasp chip positions on a wafer. The method comprises the steps of forming an uppermost layer wiring, a passivation film and a resist; exposing, using a reticle having formed thereon a pad pattern, exposure shot regions excluding one exposure shot region out of all exposure shot regions of the resist; exposing, using a reticle having formed thereon a pattern different from the pad pattern, the one remaining exposure shot region; developing the whole resist to form resist patterns; and etching the passivation film using the resist pattern as masks to respectively form a pad for a product chip and an opening section of a reference chip in the regions exposed using these different reticles. Thus, the product chip and the reference chip can be discriminated by image recognition so that chip positions on the wafer can be accurately grasped.

摘要: Capacitance sensor electrodes are arranged in a form of matrix on a semiconductor substrate and coated with a cover film. These capacitance sensor electrodes are connected to a drive circuit. ESD electrodes are arranged in the vicinities of corner portions of the capacitance sensor electrodes. Each ESD electrode is composed of a film containing, for example, aluminum excellent in conductivity and a TiN film formed thereon. The ESD electrodes are grounded through the semiconductor substrate. On each ESD electrode, a plurality of fine ESD holes reaching the ESD electrode from a surface of the cover film are formed.

摘要: A camera having a manual film winding apparatus in which a film is wound in association with a rotation of a winding operation device from a wind start position to a wind end position includes: an encoder which rotates in association with the movement of the film which is wound by the rotation of the winding operation device and generates a signal each time the winding operation device is rotated by a predetermined angle; a film feed amount detection device which counts output of the encoder to detect the feed amount of the film; a rotation detection device for detecting the rotation of the winding operation device; and a controller which interrupts the encoder by turning the encoder OFF after the lapse of a predetermined time when the winding operation device is stopped during the winding operation, wherein the controller turns the encoder ON when the rotation detection device detects rotation of the winding operation device thereafter, so that the film feed amount detection device continues the counting operation.

摘要: A camera having an automatic focusing system includes a focus detector in a camera body to which a photographing lens can be detachably mounted for detecting a focus state for an object image formed by the photographing lens mounted to the camera body. A lens driver in the camera body drives a focusing lens group of the photographing lens to a focal position in accordance with the deflected focus state. A controller in the camera body drives the focusing lens group at a moving-object prediction mode, taking into account a movement of an image surface of the object when the object is a moving object. A memory in the photographing lens stores lens data used to either permit or prohibit an operation at the moving-object prediction mode. The controller determines whether to permit or prohibit the operation at the moving-object prediction mode in accordance with the lens data rear from the memory of the photographing lens.

摘要: An electronic flash control device makes sure that the emission of light of an electronic flash is not impaired by a noise component signal prior to generation of a suitable quantity of light by the flash. A trigger signal is applied by the control device to allow the flash to emit light. An enable signal is supplied to a quenching circuit a predetermined time after the noise of the trigger signal has been produced. When the quantity of light from an object to be photographed by the camera reaches a certain value and the enable signal occurs, the quench circuit suppresses the emission of light by the electronic flash.
