    Abstract: Provided are a method and device for reporting signal quality. The method includes: measuring signal quality of a measurement signal within a radio link monitoring (RLM) assessment period and before a moment when the measurement signal changes and/or measuring signal quality of a changed measurement signal within the RLM assessment period; comparing, by a UE, the measured signal quality with a preset threshold value; and generating, by the UE, an in-sync indication or an out-of-sync indication according to the comparison result and reporting the in-sync indication or the out-of-sync indication.

    Abstract: Disclose is a radio system and a spectrum resource reconfiguration method thereof. The method comprises: a Reconfigurable Base Station (RBS) divides subordinate nodes into groups according to attributes of the subordinate nodes, and sends a reconfiguration command to a subordinate node in a designated group, and the RBS and the subordinate node execute reconfiguration of spectrum resources according to the reconfiguration command; or, the RBS executes reconfiguration of spectrum resources according to the reconfiguration command; and a subordinate User Equipment (UE) accessing to a reconfigured RBS after interruption. By means of the present disclosure, the reconfiguration of spectrum resources of a cognitive radio system can be realized.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a dynamic spectrum allocation method and device based on channel management. The method comprises the following steps: a network node generates a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information, and maintains and updates the channel set; and the network node selects a spectrum from the channel set and allocates the spectrum.     Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal, and a transmission system. A method includes that, a base station determines one or more sets of system parameters, each set of the system parameters including at least one of the following information of a carrier: frequency information, or a frame structure parameter; the base station constructs a synchronization signal of a predetermined structure according to the system parameters; and the base station transmits the synchronization signal to the terminal; the one or more sets of system parameters corresponding to the same predetermined structure. With the embodiments of the disclosure, the problem of excessive complexity in detection of the synchronization signal in the related technology is solved.
