    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems that can reduce or eliminate loss of data and/or mismatches between the base station and wireless devices when transmitting uplink data over multiple time units are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes performing, by a wireless device, a transmission of a transport block using multiple time units based on a restriction. The transmission of the transport block is associated with a timeline that indicates when control information is transmittable. The restriction specifies that no control information is transmitted in a first time unit that is used for transmitting a first part of the transport block. A second part of the transport block in a second time unit subsequent to the first time unit is punctured in the transmission or proceed by rate matching in response to a conflict between the transport block and the control information according to the timeline.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, systems and devices for switching cross-carrier scheduling primary cell for a user equipment (UE), wherein a secondary cell is configured to schedule the primary cell. One method includes receiving, by the UE, a downlink control information (DCI) via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from a network base station, the DCI used to switch the cross-carrier scheduling primary cell. Another method includes receiving, by the UE, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) from a network base station, the MAC CE used to switch the cross-carrier scheduling primary cell. Another method includes performing switching off cross-carrier scheduling primary cell by a secondary cell for a UE, and restoring, by the UE, a factor in the primary cell for scheduling the primary cell, and/or restoring, by the UE, a non-fallback downlink control information (DCI) in the primary cell for scheduling the primary cell.
