    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to related to digital wireless communication, and more specifically, to techniques related to an improved repetition transmission method. In one exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication is disclosed. The method can include receiving, at a terminal configured to perform a number of transmission repetitions according to a rule, a first message from a network node, the first message including an indication to modify at least one transmission repetition of the number of transmission repetitions according to the rule. The method can also include modifying, by the terminal, the at least one transmission repetition of the number of transmission repetitions identified in the first message.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for enabling a flexible frequency hopping mechanism are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a communication device, a first message from a network device. The first message comprises a list of frequency hopping offsets and a value indicating a number of repetitions of a data transmission. The method also includes receiving, by the communication device, a second message selecting a frequency hopping offset from the list of frequency hopping offsets and applying multiple frequency hopping offsets to the number of repetitions of the data transmission. The multiple frequency offsets are determined according to a rule associated with the selected frequency hopping offset.

The method for determining a time-domain resource includes: obtaining a discontinuous control resource set (CORESET) signaling parameter in New Radio (NR); and determining discontinuous time-domain symbols according to the discontinuous CORESET signaling parameter and transmitting the discontinuous time-domain symbols to a terminal, where the discontinuous time-domain symbols are used as time-domain resources for carrying a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).
