    摘要: Mounting system for mounting a screen panel in a continuous belt screen assembly. The mounting system includes a first and second set of links, the second set of links being configured to be interposed between, and aligned with, the first set of links. Each respective link defines a respective recessed portion. The continuous belt screen assembly has a pair of spaced, opposed endless belts and a plurality of screen panels arranged between the belts. The sets of links are mountable in spaced, parallel relationship between the belts. The second recessed portions face in a direction opposite to that of the first recessed portions, in use, so that the recessed portions define a channel in which the screen panel is receivable.

The continuous belt screen assembly has a base, opposed sides, an inlet and at least one outlet. The assembly, in use, is arranged in a channel having a pair of opposed walls and containing a liquid. A flow restrictor for the continuous belt screen assembly includes a body mountable to a downstream end of the assembly to restrict the liquid flowing out of the at least one outlet. The body defines at least a portion of at least one aperture configured to control a level of the liquid upstream of the body.

    摘要: A liquid removal apparatus adapted to separate liquid from a composite slurry of liquid and solids. The apparatus includes a movable, permeable membrane having opposing first and second sides. A ‘loaded belt portion’ of the second side is configured to receive the slurry. A permeable membrane support system is configured to provide movable support for the loaded belt portion and includes a transport deck located in contact with the first side of the permeable membrane below the loaded belt portion. The liquid removal apparatus has a housing with a low-pressure chamber in sealing contact with the first side of the permeable membrane. A pressure conditioning system applies a differential pressure via the housing to generate a lower pressure on the first filter belt side than on the second side. The transport deck is located within the low pressure chamber.

    摘要: The present technology is directed to fluid filtration systems having enhanced momentum cleaning devices for filter belts and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, for example, a filtering system includes a fluid channel having a continuous-loop filter belt positioned therein. The filter belt can be configured to trap contaminants while allowing fluid to pass through the filter belt. The system further includes a first cleaning device proximate to the filter belt and a second cleaning device proximate to the filter belt and downstream of the first cleaning device. In particular embodiments the first cleaning device is a scraping blade that presses against the filter belt and the second cleaning device is one of a wave form, vibrational, or mixed-phase stream energy delivery device.
