摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for electrochemically processing a material, which contains a hard phase and a binder phase. The method comprises preparing an aqueous, alkaline, complexing-agent-containing electrolyte and bringing the material to be processed into contact at least in part with the electrolyte and with a current source. In order to electrochemically oxidize the material, a pulsed electrical current is delivered to the material by means of the current source, the pulse sequence of the delivered electrical current being adjusted to the amount of the binder phase in the material to be processed. By means of the method and by means of the device, it is also possible to process materials having a high content of binder phase in such a way that matter can be removed from the material evenly (homogeneously), i.e. both from the hard phase and from the binder phase of the material.

摘要: An electroerosion machining system for trepanning and drilling operations is disclosed. The electrode assembly further includes an electrode body in the form of a tube-shaped body, the tube-shaped body defining a hollow interior and one or more replaceable inserts affixed to the electrode body at a working end thereof positioned adjacent the workpiece, the one or more replaceable inserts constructed so as to be selectively attachable and detachable from the working end of the electrode body.

摘要: The present invention is a method of metal polishing and oxidation film process applied on a metal workpiece. The process comprises (a) providing the metallic workpiece in an electrolysis polishing liquid; (b) a temperature control device controlling a liquid temperature of the electrolysis polishing liquid; (c) a voltage supply device to exercising an operating voltage between the metallic workpiece and the electrolysis polishing liquid; (d) polishing the surface of the metallic workpiece and forming an oxidation layer by regulating the temperature control device and the voltage supply device; and (e) determining a film thickness of the oxidation layer formed on the metallic workpiece according to an operation time, wherein the film thickness is related to a roughness and a color displayed on the metallic workpiece. The metallic workpiece may be dyed together during the polishing process without adding any dyes. The present invention further provides a system of alloy oxidation film process.

The driving member is configured to rotate the workpiece. The plate member is connected to each of the electrodes. A force-exerting direction of the force from the plate member to each of the electrodes is parallel to a central axis of each of the electrodes or deflects off the central axis. Each of the electrodes is passed through the guiding member and configured to perform a machining on the workpiece which is rotated by the driving member, and each of the electrodes has an electrochemical machining direction which is perpendicular, oblique or parallel to the workpiece.
