摘要: Provided is an electrode capable of increasing a degree of freedom in machining shape with a simple structure, an electrochemical machining apparatus using the electrode, an electrochemical machining method, and a product machined by the method. An electrode 4 has a core tube 41 formed of a material by which a second hole 101b having a direction or a curvature different from that of a first hole 101a having a predetermined curvature can be formed continuously from the first hole 101a and a coating 42 fixed to an outer periphery of the core tube 41.

The die is characterized by including: a plate-like first member 10 that serves as a base; a second member 2 that has cells 2 of a shape matching a to-be-molded structure and is joined to the first member 10; molding grooves 7 that have a predetermined depth and are disposed between the cells 2; and a supply hole 6 that communicates with the first member 10 at a predetermined intersection of the molding grooves 7 from an opposite side from the cells 2 joined.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an integrated impeller has a first shroud forming a bottom portion, a second shroud forming a lid portion, a hub formed at the center portion of the first shroud, and blades that section a flow path which is formed between the first shroud and the second shroud and through which a fluid flows. This method has the steps of: forming a flow path on the inner circumferential side of the impeller; and forming a flow path on the outer circumferential side of the impeller. The step of forming the flow path on the outer circumferential side of the impeller has the steps of: while rotating the linear electrode having a tip-end part and a base-end part about a longitudinal direction axis thereof, applying electric discharge machining to the first shroud; applying electric discharge machining to the second shroud; and applying electric discharge machining to the blade.

The shaped article placing part 4 includes a table 41 on the upper surface of which a shaped article is placed and a drive part 45 that drives the table 41. The controller 50 moves the table 41 by the moving amount stored in the storage part 52.
