摘要: A fuel cell vehicle according to the present disclosure includes, in a front room: a fuel cell stack fixed to an upper part of a stack frame; a high voltage element fixed to an upper part of the fuel cell stack; and an ion exchanger that is arranged in front of the fuel cell stack and the high voltage element. The stack frame is provided with an inclined part, and when the ion exchanger is displaced rearward at the time of a frontal crash of the fuel cell vehicle, a rear part in a lower end of the ion exchanger is slid along an inclined surface of the inclined part and the ion exchanger is displaced in a diagonally upward direction, whereby the cap part of the ion exchanger is positioned on the upper side in the vertical direction with respect to the high voltage element.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a stack case containing a fuel cell stack therein. The stack case includes first and second end plates, first and second side plates, top and bottom cover plates. A top sealing member has a substantially rectangular frame shape and disposed between the top cover plate and each of the first end plate, the second end plate, the first side plate and the second side plate. A bottom sealing member has a substantially rectangular frame shape and disposed between the bottom cover plate and each of the first end plate, the second end plate, the first side plate and the second side plate. At least one of the top sealing member and the bottom sealing member including, at at least one corner of the substantially rectangular frame shape, an extension portion to adjust a peripheral length of the substantially rectangular frame shape.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a stack case containing a fuel cell stack and an auxiliary device case containing fuel cell auxiliary devices. An internal space of the stack case and an internal space of the auxiliary device case are divided by a wall. Ventilation passages are formed in an upper part of the wall in a vertical direction. The ventilation passages connect the internal space of the stack case and the internal space of the auxiliary device case together. Ventilation ducts are connected to an upper part of the stack case in the vertical direction and an upper part the auxiliary device case in the vertical direction.

摘要: To suppress the influence of gas on other fuel tanks when the gas is discharged from a fuel tank. A fuel storage device includes: a plurality of fuel tanks, each having a fusible plug valve; a support member that supports the plurality of fuel tanks, while making longitudinal directions of the respective fuel tanks parallel to each other; and a blocking member that blocks at least part of the fuel gas discharged from the fusible plug valves. The plurality of fuel tanks includes a tank group including the plurality of fuel tanks aligned along a first direction and a juxtaposed tank thereto. The blocking member is disposed between the tank group and the juxtaposed tank. The orientations of openings of the fusible plug valves included in blocked tanks are directed toward the blocking member, the blocked tanks being two or more fuel tanks that are continuous in the first direction, among the fuel tanks included in the tank group.

摘要: A cooling system for cooling of a fuel cell assembly, includes a cooling loop for recirculation of a cooling medium, a cooling medium flow line comprising a first cooling medium buffer tank, a first heat exchanger for cooling of the cooling medium, and a second cooling medium buffer tank. The first cooling medium buffer tank is arranged upstream the first heat exchanger so as to allow collection, storing and discharge of cooling medium before it reaches the first heat exchanger. The second cooling medium buffer tank is arranged downstream of the first heat exchanger so as to allow collection, storing and discharge of cooling medium that has passed through and been cooled in the first heat exchanger.

摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to portable energy generation devices and methods. The devices are designed to covert formic acid into released hydrogen, alleviating the need for a hydrogen tank as a hydrogen source for fuel cell power. In particular, an electricity generation device for powering a battery comprising a formic acid reservoir containing a liquid consisting of formic acid; a reaction chamber capable of using a catalyst and heat to convert the formic acid to hydrogen and carbon dioxide; a fuel cell that generates electricity; a delivery system for moving converted hydrogen into the fuel cell; and a battery powered by electricity generated by the fuel cell is provided.
