摘要: A ready-mixed setting type joint compound in which formation of gypsum seeds has been inhibited. A method for controlling a setting reaction by mixing a ready-mixed setting type joint compound with one or more metal ion control agents comprising aminopolycarboxylic acid and/or a salt thereof, and further mixing the setting type joint compound with one or more non-calcium phosphate compounds. The method may further comprise mixing the setting type joint compound with a set activator obtained by blending together a first set activator including a cadmium compound, lead compound and/or zinc compound and a second set activator including a ferrous compound, aluminum compound and/or manganese compound.

摘要: A method of preparing a cement hydration product nano-thin film, the method including: (1) preparing a cement hydration product; (2) preparing a water sacrificial layer film; (3) depositing the cement hydration product obtained in (1) on the surface of the water sacrificial layer film obtained in (2) to obtain a cement hydration product film; and (4) immersing the cement hydration product film in a saturated aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide to dissolve the water sacrificial layer film to obtain a nano-thin film of the cement hydration product.

摘要: A low density annular grout composition for filling voids. The composition may consist of cementitious fly ash, water, set retarder and cellular foam. The composition may have a compressive strength of between 100 and 600 psi at seven days and less than 1500 psi at 28 days. The composition may have a density between 20 and 75 pcf. Also disclosed is a method of filling a void with a low density annular grout composition. The method can include determining the time necessary to fill the void, adding water and set retarder to a cementitious fly ash to make a wet mixture, adding air to the wet mixture, and adding the composition to the void.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for production of additives enhancing water tightness of structural and binding building materials. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a hydrophobing agent by esterifying 60-80 m % of vegetable oil by a mixture consisting of 20-40 m % ethyl alcohol and 0.1-5 m % of methyl alcohol of the whole mass of the agent, then adding 5-30 m % agent by spraying through nozzles and water to a body of burnt lime in a reactor, and prior to adding the agent and water a mixture of 2-8 m % ethyl alcohol and 0.1-1 m % of methyl alcohol of the whole mass of the body of burnt lime is added by spraying through nozzles, while the mixture is agitating mechanically till a homogeneous mixture is prepared, then adding 40-65 m % water to the mixture, and ceasing mechanical agitating after commencement of the fierce chemical reaction.

摘要: A cementitious blend composition and a concrete mix composition preferable for making concrete resistant to high temperatures and alkaline conditions, particularly for making durable concrete for constructing an alumina digester tank in an aluminum smelter. The cementitious blend composition includes at least one hydraulic cement, silica fume (SF), and natural pozzolan (NP), wherein a weight percent ratio of at least one hydraulic cement: SF:NP in the cementitious blend composition lies in the range of (24-63): (5-44): (32-40) with the sum of the weight percentages of the at least one hydraulic cement, the SF, and the NP not exceeding 100%. The concrete mix composition comprises water and the cementitious blend composition, wherein a weight ratio of the water the cementitious blend composition is 0.2-0.5, and wherein the concrete mix composition has a content of the cementitious blend composition of 400-550 kg/m3.
