    摘要: A method for operating a robotic joint of a robotic system comprising selectively operating a clutch mechanism of a clutched joint module in an engaged state to cause a quasi-passive elastic actuator to enter an elastic state, the clutched joint module operating about and defining a joint of the robotic system. The method comprising effecting a first rotation of the joint to cause the quasi-passive elastic actuator to store energy during at least a portion of the rotation of the joint. The method comprising effecting a second rotation of the joint and causing the stored energy from the quasi-passive elastic actuator to be released in the form of an augmented torque applied to an output member of the clutched joint module. The method comprising selectively operating the clutch mechanism in a disengaged state to cause the quasi-passive elastic actuator to enter an inelastic state. The method comprising effecting a third rotation of the joint, wherein the quasi-passive elastic actuator facilitates a free swing mode of the clutched joint module and the joint.

    摘要: A dog clutch includes a gear (40) mounted on a power transmission shaft (30), first and second dog rings (10, 20), a fork (60), springs (65), and cam grooves (31). The cam grooves (31) each include a first slope surface (36) inclined from the axial direction toward the positive rotation direction as the first slope surface (36) approaches the gear (40) and a second parallel surface (37) parallel to the axial direction. The first dog ring (10) includes first cam protrusions (16) to be engaged with the respective first slope surfaces (36), and the second dog ring (20) includes second cam protrusions (26) to be engaged with the respective second parallel surfaces (37). This structure prevents the dog rings and the fork from coming into contact with each other, thereby avoiding generation of abrasion and increasing the transmission efficiency.

The inner cable has a first longitudinal end connected to the clutch pedal and a second longitudinal end connected to the clutch lever.

    摘要: An actuating drive, in particular for seat adjustment devices, comprising at least one electric motor, a downstream reduction gear, a coupling device which has a coupling engagement spring that ensures an engaged position of the coupling device during motorized operation and permits a manual disengagement against its coupling force. The coupling device has a coupling lever pivotably mounted in a pivot bearing of a bearing block. The coupling lever is connected at one end of the pivot bearing to a mechanical actuating unit and by which at the other end of the pivot bearing a coupling means can be adjusted to disengage the coupling device. The actuating drive ensures both reliable electrical and reliable manual operation, a high degree of efficiency during electrical operation and simple assembly for a generic actuating drive.

    摘要: A sensor assembly for determining a number of rotations of a permanent magnet includes a first sensor. The permanent magnet has an axis of rotation, end surfaces lying in an X-Y plane, a central axis, and exactly two poles. The two poles are disposed in the X-Y plane on mutually opposite sides of the permanent magnet so that the permanent magnet is magnetized diametrically. The first sensor is axially fixed and rotationally displaceable relative to the permanent magnet. The second distance is selected so that a vector sum of a radial flux density and a tangential flux density is not less than a first limit value and does not exceed a second limit value.
