摘要： An ashtray according to the principles of the invention includes a container portion having two internal sections where the container is configured to receive a first lid. The first lid includes topical features for use as an ash tray and defines holes to allow ashes to drop into section of the container. In one embodiment, the first lid also includes a second section covered with a hinged cover. This section defines an aperture to another portion of the container which is preferable configured to store accessories. A second lid is configured to cover the first lid. When the second lid covers the first lid, the ashtray is substantially odor free.

摘要： A filling device has a base that retains a sleeve in which a pre-roll cone is placed. A scale is located below the sleeve to weigh the contents of the pre-roll cone as it is filled. A filling hopper is placed above the sleeve to introduce ingredients, such as smoking material, into the pre-roll cone. An integrated automatic lighter is included in the base and is triggered by a physical switch or by a motion and/or proximity sensor. An electronics-enabled cover includes an air pump, fan, UV-C sanitizing light, and other features to add in the filling process and in sanitation. An ashtray accessory with an odor or flavor additive and a fan may also be provided. The functions of the filling device can be controlled by external devices, like a smartphone, through a software application.

The panel inserts may be removably secured with respect to the frame, each panel insert removably received within two of the channels and partially exposed through one of the window openings. Each fastener may be configured to move between an engaged position preventing removal of one of the panel inserts from the respective channels and a disengaged position allowing removal of the one of the panel inserts from the respective channels.

The multipurpose ashtray holder includes a holder assembly for placement at select locations by the user, an ashtray assembly, and a connector pivotally connecting the holder assembly to the ashtray assembly so as to enable folding of the multipurpose ashtray holder between a closed, non-use state and an open, use state. The holder assembly has a holder body with a plurality of insert holes therein. The insert holes enable quick and safe extinguishing of flammable tobacco products or storage of elongate objects or office supplies. The ashtray assembly includes a tray with a plurality of spaced notches formed thereon. The tray enables collection of ash or office supplies and caps the holder assembly in the closed state.

摘要： A handheld litter disposal device for temporarily storing and containing cigarette ash, butts, and other litter. The litter disposal device includes a cap, a storage system, a pivot system adapted to permit the cap to move between the closed and open positions, and an extinguishing system containable within the storage system and adapted to extinguish the lit end of a cigarette. In the open position, ashes, butts, and unused portions of cigarettes, cigars, and/or other similar products can be transported from the outside to the inside of the litter disposal device and vice versa. In the closed position, however, cigarette ash and butts cannot enter or exit the storage system of the litter disposal device. The storage system has a rounded bottom or outer surface to prevent the litter disposal device from maintaining an upright position.

摘要： A smoke and odor purifying system which can be incorporated within a housing that can serve both as a table centerpiece and an ashtray. The system having an esthetically pleasing flower vase construction with petal shaped appendages for resting of cigarettes or the like. A floral arrangement is made up of individual artificial flowers. Each flower having an opening in the bud for drawing in smoke-filled air and passing it through the system. Also defined within the petals of the housing are a plurality of intake openings through which cigarette smoke, as well as secondary smoke from the surrounding area may be drawn downwardly through the device. An electrically or battery powered fan means, positioned below a filtration and odor-treatment system, drives the smoke through the system which includes an electrostatic prefiltering bed followed by an activated charcoal bed, an H.E.P.A. filter and finally another activated charcoal bed containing an air freshening material. Refreshed and smoke free air is returned to the surrounding atmosphere through a plurality of exhaust vents located at the bottom of the housing.
