The cover is secured to the fixed frame and has a slot for the rotating frame to move within the slot.     摘要： Stretching apparatus consisting of a base plate having a vertically adjustable mast and an upper end of which a lying element is mounted. The lying element is pivotable about a horizontal shaft. Adjustable restraining elements with pads for the arms and the feet are attached to movable slides. A standing surface extending perpendicularly to the lying element is formed thereon. Handle bars for controlling pivoting of the lying element are articulated at the upper mast part. The movable slides are connected with the restraining means on the lying element via cable pulls having a steel cable about a plurality of deflecting rollers. By pivoting the lying element about the horizontal position, the slides with the pads can be moved apart and back toward each other again. By rocking about the horizontal position of the lying element, the back can be alternately stretched and relaxed.

    摘要： A multi-purpose fitness bar capable of being asymmetrically weighted. The fitness bar has a frame consisting of three arms, multiple handholds and elevated risers. The handholds are in a multitude of positions and angles to provide variability in training. Each arm is capable of being independently loaded with one or more removable weights to produce a symmetric or asymmetric weight load to provide increased torque with movement of the device as well as driving the body in movement patterns consistent with function. The elevated risers provide a space between the body of the device and floor to provide “push-up” function of the device by protecting the users hands from contact with the ground. The arms of the device may also provide attachments for resistance band use to provide another loading mechanism for strength development.

A second larger valve allows ballast, such as water or sand, to be input to the device to stabilize the apparatus against slipping and sliding.
