摘要: A bamboo board comprising a number of longitudinal layers (4) and a number of lateral layers (5). The longitudinal layer is made by longitudinal bamboo strips (1) bonded together with adhesives (3), and the lateral layer is made by lateral bamboo strips (2) bonded together with adhesives (3). During assembly, the longitudinal layers and lateral layers are laid over alternately, with strips of each layer at right angles to those of adjacent layers, and bonded by adhesives (3) in between to become said bamboo board.

摘要: Disclosed is a new type of goods container which allows for economical transportation of bulk solids, especially low grade particulate matter. The container has a casing formed from woven metallic strips and is sealed from the inside. It is very strong and rigid providing it has been correctly filled and compacted. Novel apparatus for constructing the container is also provided as one method of filling and compacting the material to be transported. The container can be easily and quickly constructed at the filling site and scrapped at the end of its journey.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a ribbon comprising bamboo fibers. The method comprises positioning the fibers on a conveyor and conveying the fibers in a transport direction, interconnecting the fibers by covering the fibers with thread and/or particles of a sticky material with at least one web forming device which is positioned above and/or below the conveyor and which ejects thread and/or particles. The formed thread and/or particles attaches to the fibers and forms a web which interconnects the fibers in order to form the ribbon and/or stitching the fibres together with at least one stitching device which is configured to stitch the individual fibers together in order to form the ribbon.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush and a toothbrush manufactured thereby. According to the method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush of a detailed embodiment of the present invention and a toothbrush manufactured by the method, it is possible to improve strength, surface roughness, and moisture resistance of a bamboo and adjust the color of the bamboo using hot pressing. Further, since sanding and polishing and separate coating and drying are not performed, the process time is reduced, whereby the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

摘要: Provided is a node diaphragm scraping and sorting device for a bamboo split, which is configured to scrape node diaphragms of the bamboo splits and to sequentially sort the bamboo inner layers and bamboo outer layers of the bamboo splits towards the same direction. The device includes a scraping device, a sorting device and a clamping and conveying device which are arranged from front to back along an axis. The scraping device includes a conical cylinder, two pressing semi-rings, and a scraping ring. The sorting device includes an e-shaped sleeve composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and two shifting forks located at both ends of the sleeve. The clamping and conveying device includes an inner ring moving on the axis, two clamping semi-rings and a conveying power device. The structure, function and technical parameters of each branch device are also introduced in detail.
