摘要: The present invention provides a lace fabric of a helical structure containing twisted optical fiber threads and a production method therefor. The lace fabric comprises light guiding threads, an external sleeve and braided ropes. The light guiding threads and the braided ropes are mutually twisted to form a whole body; the external sleeve is further sleeved outside the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; an LED light source module is arranged at the outer parts of the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; and a light-emitting end of the LED light source module and the light guiding threads are arranged opposite to each other. The present invention is safe, is low in cost, is conveniently applied to and combined into various daily supplies, is used in some spaces with little light, such as outdoors in the night and other places.

摘要: The invention relates to a laid cable (1-1b), in particular a laid fiber cable (1-1b) or a laid hybrid cable, comprising at least one core strand or a laid core cable (2-2b) and at least one outer strand (7-7b) surrounding the core strand or the core cable (2-2b), the core strand, the core cable (2-2b) and/or the at least one outer strand is composed of at least one fiber line (9-9b, 10-10b). The at least one fiber line (9-9b, 10-10b) is beneficially made of a composite material having reinforcing fibers (12), the reinforcing fibers (12) of which composite material are laid to form at least one reinforcing line (11). Advantageously, a laid cable which is stable under transverse pressure is provided. The invention also relates to a strand, to a method for manufacturing a cable and a strand, to an apparatus for producing a cable and/or a strand, as well as an apparatus with a drum drive, said apparatus comprising a cable according to the invention.

摘要: The knot protector protects ropes and knots from ledges, rocks, railings, edges, walls, cliffs, and other surfaces that may cause the fibers of the rope to be gradually abraded or destroyed. The knot protector includes a sleeve formed from an upper portion, a lower portion, and a shoulder portion. The upper portion defines a first opening while the lower portion defines a second opening. The diameter of the first opening is smaller or less than that of the second opening. The sleeve is formed from a deformable, continuous web and has exterior and interior layers. The sleeve also contains visual safety indicators along the base of the lower portion to provide visibility. The exterior and interior layers are made from durable material to provide the rope with ample protection from abrasion.

The cable lock includes a security cable having a wire rope and a vinyl coating. The wire rope includes a plurality of wire strings arranged in a plurality of clusters. The first and second security cable connection arms of the locking clasp are coupled to a first end of the security cable. First and second stop sleeves are disposed on opposite sides of the first and second security cable connection arms. A device connection means is disposed at a second end of the security cable opposite the first end of the security cable.

摘要: A hoisting member for an elevator system includes a core having strength components embedded in a matrix material. A coating can surround the core to protect the core and control the coefficient of friction of the outer surface based on a range of desired friction properties to prevent or inhibit slippage of the hoisting member when used in a traction elevator system. The strength components may be made from carbon nanotube material with the matrix material made from a polymer material. The hoisting member may also include other conductive material or fiber optic material. The hoisting member may also serve as the trailing cable in an elevator system. In doing so the hosting member transmits power and data between the elevator car and the elevator controller thereby eliminating the need for a traditional trailing cable.
