摘要: A resin molding apparatus and a cleaning method of a workpiece which can prevent a workpiece from being carried into a mold die in a state where particles (dust) are adhered to the workpiece, and can prevent deterioration of molding quality. A resin molding apparatus according to the present invention, in which a workpiece with an electronic component mounted on a carrier and a mold resin are carried into a mold die, includes: a press part having the mold die for clamping and resin-sealing the workpiece and the mold resin; and a cleaning apparatus for cleaning a back surface of the workpiece conveyed to the press part, wherein the electronic component is not mounted on the back surface. The cleaning apparatus is arranged at a position overlapping a conveyance path of the workpiece on the upstream side of the press part.

摘要: A serving tray comprised of at least one synthetic material and an insert which provides a non-slip top surface of the serving tray. The textured relief is preferably made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which allows a glass or other item to be placed on the serving tray without the item sliding or slipping while the tray is in motion. As the tray is being fabricated, the TPU is mechanically bonded with the top surface of the tray while a textured relief is simultaneously defined into the top surface. The textured relief provides adequate frictional force to an item being placed on the tray so as to substantially prevent its lateral movement. The tray also includes an inner support structure disposed on its inner surface. The inner support structure provides an upward facing edge which allows a plurality of trays to be easily and efficiently stacked or nested on one another.

The molded base has at least one stepped peripheral groove to define a light window through each stepped peripheral groove, the molded base embeds a part of the imaging assembly, and a photosensitive region of each photosensitive element respectively corresponds to each light window of the molded base. The filter assembly includes at least one filter element, and each filter element is correspondingly arranged in each stepped peripheral groove of the molded base, so that each filter element respectively corresponds to each light window of the molded base.

A method of injection molding or compression molding an article includes directing a shot of molten material into a mold cavity including a plurality of contacting substantially identical modular mesh parts to fill the mold cavity. The method also includes solidifying the shot of molten material to form the article including the plurality of modular mesh parts and the solidified shot of molten material. Various embodiments also provide parts machined from a block produced by various methods of injection molding or compression molding.

摘要: A panel assembly includes a multilayer load bearing panel configured to enclose an opening to an interior compartment by positioning the panel in the opening. The panel has opposing first and second appearance layers and is reversible in the opening between first and second positions. In the first position, the first appearance layer is outwardly facing in the opening and the second appearance layer faces inwardly to the compartment. In the second position, the second appearance layer is outwardly facing in the opening and the first appearance layer faces inwardly to the compartment. One of the appearance layers is made of a protective polymeric coating such as a thermosetting polyurethane-based coating or thermoset polyurea coating. The other appearance layer is made of one of a laminate structure which can include a wood veneer, a textile, or a carpeting material. A method for making the multilayer panel is provided.
