摘要： A permanent magnet motor includes a rotor and a stator, a plurality of permanent magnets forming a plurality of magnetic poles in a core of the rotor and magnetic pole teeth located so as to correspond to phase windings of the stator. The permanent magnets include a plurality of types of permanent magnets having different coercive forces and arranged substantially into an annular shape so that one type of the permanent magnet constitutes each magnetic pole. The permanent magnets each having a relatively smaller coercive force are arranged at a first interval in the rotor, and the magnetic pole teeth corresponding to the same phase windings are arranged at a second interval differing from the first interval in the stator.

摘要： A drum type washer is provided in which replacement of a washing ball provided in a drum lift device may be simplified, and in which a volume of the drum may be increased. The washer may include a tub, a drum rotatably provided within the tub, and a lift provided within the drum. The lift may include a base detachably coupled to an inner surface of the drum and a cover detachably coupled to the base. An exposing hole may be formed in a surface of the cover to expose a portion of the washing ball positioned between the cover and the base. A width of the cover may be gradually decreased from a rear end portion to a front end portion thereof so as to minimize a size of the lift and increase an interior volume of the drum.

The steam generator includes a case having a space for receiving a predetermined amount of water, the case being provided at one side thereof with an inlet port and an outlet port, a heater case disposed in the case such that the heater case communicates with the interior of the case, the heater case having an additional space, into which some of the water supplied into the case is introduced and a steam heater disposed in the heater case for heating the water introduced into the heater case so as to generate steam.

The drum washing machine according to the present invention includes a tub for storing wash water therein, a drum rotatably mounted within the tub, a motor mounted in rear of the tub, the motor having a shaft to rotate the drum, a bearing housing inserted into the tub with a hollow allowing the shaft of the motor to pass through formed in a center thereof, a bearing secured to the hollow of the bearing housing and an outlet hole for discharging gas or moisture generated in the bearing and the adjacent portion of the bearing to and outside of the bearing housing. The present invention has an advantageous effect of enhancing durability thereof, because the drum washing machine includes the outlet hole provided in the bearing housing where the shaft is rotated to prevent moisture or water from remaining in the bearing housing.
