    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) antenna port configuration and use to support a number of transmission layers (e.g., up to eight transmission layers). In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may be able to support up to four PTRS antenna ports. The UE may transmit capability signaling indicating a number of supported PTRS antenna ports (e.g., up to 4). The network entity may transmit control signaling indicating a number of PTRS antenna ports and a mapping between the PTRS antenna ports and other ports (e.g., sounding reference signal (SRS) ports or demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports). In some examples, the UE may also indicate a requested number of PTRS antenna ports (e.g., which may be the same as or less than the supported number of PTRS antenna ports).

    Abstract: Aspects relate to signaling at least one relaying parameter for a wireless communication device that supports relaying operations. In some examples, the wireless communication device may send such a relaying parameter to a scheduling entity. The scheduling entity may then schedule a relaying operation for the wireless communication device based on the relaying parameter. For example, the scheduling entity may select the resources to be used for the relaying operation based on the relaying parameter. In some examples, a relaying parameter may indicate one or more of a relaying capability of a wireless communication device, an operational condition (e.g., requirement) for relaying by a wireless communication device, a relaying configuration for a wireless communication device, or a combination thereof.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a collision between a first uplink transmission and a second uplink transmission, wherein the first uplink transmission is a high priority uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission is a low priority uplink transmission; and cancel the second uplink transmission based at least in part on a threshold delay period, wherein the threshold delay period is based at least in part on a UE processing capability and a minimum processing timeline capability, and wherein the second uplink transmission is canceled before a first overlapping symbol of the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission.
