    摘要: Aspects in a wireless network are disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a capability of the UE to simultaneously transmit sounding reference signal (SRS) resources between component carriers (CCs) in carrier aggregation (CA) across at least one frequency band using a specified arrangement of antenna ports and antennas. The UE may receive, from the base station, a configuration to simultaneously transmit the SRS resources using antenna switching for the CCs across the at least one frequency band and the specified arrangement of antenna ports and antennas. The UE may transmit the SRS resources simultaneously between at least two of the plurality of CCs in the at least one frequency band using the received configuration. Among other benefits, this dynamic allocation of resources enables the UE to perform at a level commensurate with its intrinsic capabilities, increasing network efficiency and speed.

A user equipment (UE) may be configured to transmit sounding reference signals (SRSs) on a first carrier over multiple symbols within a slot, the first carrier being different from a second carrier on which the UE communicates with a base station during the slot. For example, the base station may transmit, to the UE, an SRS configuration for the UE to transmit the SRSs. In accordance with the control message, the UE may tune to the first carrier and may transmit the SRSs over the multiple symbols within the slot on the first carrier before tuning back to the second carrier. In some examples, the UE may transmit a capability message to the base station indicating that the UE supports transmitting SRSs over multiple symbols within a slot before tuning back to a different carrier.

Some wireless communications systems may support techniques for a user equipment (UE) to select a scheduling request resource from multiple scheduling request resources allocated across different cells based on one or more conditions. The UE may receive control signaling that indicates a first scheduling request resource on a first cell and a second scheduling request resource on a second cell. The UE may generate a scheduling request applicable to the first and second scheduling request resources. The UE may select the first scheduling request resource for transmission of the scheduling request on the first cell based on one or more of a power mode of the UE, a signal metric associated with the first cell, or a numerology of the first cell. The UE may transmit the scheduling request via the first resource on the first cell based on the selecting.

A user equipment (UE) receives one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission power control (TPC) configuration for uplink carriers. The SRS TPC configuration can comprise a mapping from one uplink carrier to one or more component carrier sets. The UE receives, from a monitoring cell, a downlink control information (DCI) comprising a request for SRS transmission on uplink carrier(s) and/or TPC command(s) for SRS transmission on the uplink carrier(s). The UE determines uplink carrier(s) corresponding to the SRS request and/or the TPC command(s) at least based on a correspondence between the SRS TPC configurations and the one or more uplink carriers or based on starting bit information.

    摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for configuring a user equipment (UE) for reference signal measurement while operating according to a discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration. The DRX configuration may include periodic DRX ON-durations, during which the UE is to be in an active mode for reception and transmission of signals, and between which the UE may transition to a low-power inactive mode. One or more reference signals may be scheduled for transmission by the base station during periods in which the UE may be in the inactive mode, and the UE may skip monitoring one or more of the reference signals while in the inactive mode. For one or more reference signal occasions, the UE may determine, based at least in part on a change in a channel quality metric, to be in a limited active mode in order to measure the reference signal.
