    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for assigning one or more user equipments (UEs) at one or more corresponding starting positions of multiple slots to perform channel access procedures, such as listen before talk (LBT) procedures in New Radio unlicensed band (NR-U) sidelink communications. The network entity may indicate, to a UE, a starting position in a multi-opportunity grant (e.g., a DCI scheduling multiple slots). The network entity may multiplex different transmitter UEs with different starting positions. If the channel accessing procedure is successful, the transmitter UE with the earliest starting position than the rest may block the rest of the transmitter UEs. In some cases, starting position hopping may be used so that the multiple UEs may have different priority at different slots. In some cases, the DCI may include LBT parameters that are inherited from NR-U uplink transmission configurations.

    Abstract: An apparatus may be configured to communicate at least one pilot signal with another apparatus according to a first configuration, at least one of a lower frequency density or a higher time density being indicated by the first configuration than a second configuration for a type of pilot signal that includes the at least one pilot signal. The apparatus may be further configured to communicate with the other apparatus based on the at least one pilot signal. An example method of a first wireless device operating includes transmitting a sidelink discovery probing message comprising at least a first identifier of the first sidelink device. The example method further includes monitoring for a probing response from a second sidelink device. The example method further includes transmitting a sidelink discovery message if the first sidelink device receives the probing response from the second sidelink device. The example method further includes skipping transmitting the sidelink discovery message if the first sidelink device does not receive the probing response from the second sidelink device.

The relay UE may receive, from a base station, a paging relay request message including a paging message for the target UE, the paging relay request message requesting the relay UE to transmit the paging message to the target UE, and transmit a sidelink control information (SCI) type 1 (SCI-1) and/or an SCI type 2 (SCI-2) and the paging message to the target UE through one or more sidelink channels based on the received paging relay request message.     Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for a resource pool configuration for multiple bits physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) are described. An example technique includes receiving a plurality of transmissions from a user equipment (UE) on a plurality of sidelink subchannels. At least one resource set for transmitting feedback corresponding to the plurality of transmissions is determined, based on at least one of the plurality of transmissions. Feedback corresponding to the plurality of transmissions is transmitted using the at least one resource set. Another example technique includes sending a plurality of transmissions to a UE on a plurality of sidelink subchannels and monitoring for feedback corresponding to the plurality of transmissions, based on a codebook size associated with the feedback.
