Aspects of the system may include one more circuits that may enable estimation, within a single IC device, of distortion in output signals generated by a transmitter circuit. The circuitry may enable compensation of the estimated distortion by predistorting subsequent input signals. The transmitter circuit may generate subsequent output signals based on the predistorted subsequent input signals.

A method and system for wireless communication is provided and may include generating a single analog quadrature signal in a chip including RF transmitters and receivers using a baseband processor, and generating output RF signals based on the quadrature signal in corresponding RF transmitters. The output RF signals may be communicated to the RF receivers via a feedback path including circuitry external to the RF receivers. The dedicated circuitry may include a transmit/receive switch and/or an on-chip or off-chip balun. The quadrature signal may include in-phase and quadrature-phase components. The output RF signal communicated via the feedback path may be down-converted utilizing mixers in the RF receivers and communicated to the baseband processor. Distortion in the quadrature signal may be estimated utilizing the communicated down-converted output RF signals and subsequently generated quadrature signals may be predistorted based on the distortion estimation.

WMC devices may form and/or tear down intra-mesh connection with other WMC devices in the same mesh network. WMC devices may utilize information related to other WMC devices in the mesh network in determining formation and tearing down of intra-mesh connections. This information may comprise relative speeds, locations, and directions of movement of the WMC devices forming/tearing intra-mesh connections. Other information including data bandwidth and/or power consumption may be utilized in such determination. This information may also comprise available services advertised by WMC devices in the mesh network.

The supply voltage signal may be compared to a reference signal, the result of which may be utilized to generate the control signal. Certain aspects of a method and system for independent in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) loop amplitude control for quadrature generators may include determining an amplitude voltage associated with an in-phase (I) component and a quadrature (Q) component of a generated signal. A DC reference voltage associated with the I component and the Q component may be determined. The determined amplitude voltage may be compared with the determined reference voltage to generate a control signal. The amplitude mismatch between the I component and the Q component may be compensated by controlling a biasing current of one or more programmable buffers associated with one or both of the I component and the Q component, based on the generated control signal.
