    摘要: Provided is a signal generation device used for an information input system using an ultrasonic signal. A portion of a pen core portion is designed to have a different cross-sectional area (diameter) so that the portion having a different cross-sectional area is held by an inner portion of a housing or a cap member. Therefore, the pen core portion can be naturally supported without use of an additional configuration such as a retainer. Particularly, in a signal generation device in the related art, if elasticity of a retainer is weakened due to long term use, the pen core cannot be supported. However, according to the present invention, since the pen core is supported by using a structural inner portion in the housing, the pen core can be stably supported irrespective of long term use.

    摘要: Data transmission system and method are provided. The transmission system includes a data converter and data restoring unit. The data converter converts N-bit first data to be transmitted into M-bit second data, where M is greater than N and the second data is arranged in a minimum unit greater than 1, each minimum unit including at least successive data bits having the same phase. The transmitter compresses the second data prior to transmission via a channel having performance characteristics defining a minimum pulse width, and a receiver receives and de-compresses the transmitted second data. The data restoring unit then restores the first data from the second.

    摘要: A novel multi-functional linear siloxane compound, a siloxane polymer prepared from the siloxane compound, and a process for forming a dielectric film by using the siloxane polymer. The linear siloxane polymer has enhanced mechanical properties (e.g., modulus), superior thermal stability, a low carbon content and a low hygroscopicity and is prepared by the homopolymerization of the linear siloxane compound or the copolymerization of the linear siloxane compound with another monomer. A dielectric film can be produced by heat-curing a coating solution containing the siloxane polymer which is highly reactive. The siloxane polymer prepared from the siloxane compound not only has satisfactory mechanical properties, thermal stability and crack resistance, but also exhibits a low hygroscopicity and excellent compatibility with pore-forming materials, which leads to a low dielectric constant. Furthermore, the siloxane polymer retains a relatively low carbon content but a high SiO2 content, resulting in its improved applicability to semiconductor devices. Therefore, the siloxane polymer is advantageously used as a material for dielectric films of semiconductor devices.

    摘要: An ion-conducting, sulfonated and crosslinked copolymer for use in a fuel cell is disclosed. The ion-conducting, sulfonated and crosslinked copolymer is made up of four monomers. The first monomer is an aromatic diol. The second monomer includes two groups, each group capable of reacting with the hydroxy groups of the first monomer, and each group independently selected from a nitro group and a halogen group. The third monomer is one of the first monomer or the second monomer, except that one of the hydrogen atoms attached to a benzene ring is substituted with —SO3Y, where Y is selected from hydrogen (H), lithium (Li), sodium (Na), potassium (K) and trialkyl ammonium of the form HNR3 where R is an alkyl group having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms. The fourth monomer includes at least three groups, each independently selected from a hydroxy group, a nitro group, and a halogen group.

    摘要: A method of receiving media data capable of being transceived via a digital data interface is provided. In the method, media data is received and parsed, and ancillary data for raw data and compression-related information about compressed data for the raw data are extracted from an ancillary data field of the parsed media data. The compressed data is extracted from the parsed media data, and the compressed data is decoded using the compression-related information so as to restore the raw data. The restored raw data is played back using the ancillary data and the compression-related information.

The semiconductor device includes a chip, a package including a plurality of power voltage terminals and a plurality of ground voltage terminals, wherein the chip is disposed in the package. The semiconductor device further includes an impedance circuit connected between a DC component power voltage terminal and a ground voltage, wherein the DC component power voltage terminal is one of the plurality of power voltage terminals, and an AC component interrupter connected between the DC component power voltage terminal and a power voltage. Both the AC component and a DC component of the power voltage are applied to each of the power voltage terminals except the DC component second power voltage terminal, and the ground voltage is applied to each of the ground voltage terminals.
