The rack also includes an auxiliary section having an auxiliary platform area and being adapted to be movable relative to the main section between a retracted position and an extended position. In one example, a track is coupled to the frame and the auxiliary section is movable about the track. The auxiliary section can include a support bar configured for sliding engagement with the track. In another example, the track includes a first planar support area and a second planar support area for supporting the auxiliary section. In yet another example, the rack further includes a first stop portion to maintain the auxiliary section in the extended position, and a second stop portion to maintain the auxiliary section in the retracted position.

    Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for managing testing functionalities. One such method includes receiving, from a test tool, data indicative of a user-created test script, being a data-bound test script in the present example. The data-bound test script is created for testing a target application, and is bound to a predetermined data set. This received data is then processed, thereby to define data indicative of an unbound test script. A user interface is provided for allowing a user to associate the unbound test script with one or more data sets selected from a repository of stored data sets. Responsive to a user command, data indicative of a new data-bound test scripts is defined based on the association of the unbound test script with the selected one or more data sets. This new defined data-bound test script is executable via the test tool. For example, instructions are provided to the test tool such that those scripts are executed for the testing of the target application. In some cases, multiple unbound test scripts are effectively bolted together to create more complex scenarios for testing.

    Abstract: Power is allocated to blades based on an estimate of the actual power they are expected to use rather than their maximum-power draw-value. To protect against situations where the estimated actual-power draw-value is exceeded, a hardware comparator monitors the blade system load against a predetermined threshold value set by a management module (MM) based on user input. If this threshold value is exceeded, a throttle latch is triggered, based on a signal from a service processor monitoring the blade system load. The output of this latch directly engages throttling. The service processor also monitors the output of the latch and communicates information regarding the throttling to the MM for evaluation.
