Abstract: There is provided a shut-off valve including: a valve body part having a valve body surface; a valve seat part provided around an inlet, and having a valve seat surface disposed at a position opposite to the valve body surface; and a moving mechanism that is connected to the valve body part, and moves the valve body part in a direction of an axis to switch to either a shut-off state or a circulation state, wherein the valve seat part has an endless inner peripheral side projection and an endless outer peripheral side projection that project from the valve seat surface toward the valve body surface along the axis, and the valve body part has a diaphragm forming the valve body surface, and an elastic member disposed on a back surface of the diaphragm.

Abstract: A flow control device is capable of performing accurate flow control over a wide pressure range. The flow control device includes: a housing; a diaphragm splitting the housing into a gas chamber side to which gas is introduced and a fluid chamber side through which fluid passes, and being activated by the differential pressure generated between the gas chamber side and the fluid chamber side; and a valve body which operates in integration with the diaphragm to regulate the flow of the fluid introduced to the fluid chamber side. The diaphragm includes: a base part provided in a substantially central part of the diaphragm; and a thin film part provided on the outer rim of the base part. Abstract: The flow regulating device has a shape preservation member which surrounding the environment of a flow conduit and restricts the amount of heat deformation of a housing in the housing. The shape preservation member is made from a material whose amount of heat deformation is lower than that of the housing. Furthermore, the shape preservation member includes a first metal plate member positioned on one side of the flow conduit, a second metal plate member positioned on the other side of the flow conduit, a spacer which maintains a constant interval between the first and second plate members, and bolts which fix together the first and second plate members via the spacer. Abstract: In a conventional relief valve having a valve element supported by a diaphragm, since a surface of the valve element exposed to pressure is large and an opening/closing operation of the valve element is rapidly conducted, the operation often leads to chattering and is therefore poor in stability. A relief valve of the invention is free from chattering and capable of smoothly performing the opening/closing operation of its valve element (7). The element (7) is adapted to open and close a fluid passage and disposed between: an inlet port (2) in direct communication with an upstream-side fluid passage (1); and, an outlet port (4) in direct communication with a downstream-side fluid passage (3), and is provided with a flange (8) in its upper portion.
