摘要: The first storage subsystem, when new data is written in a first memory device beyond a certain timing, writes pre-updated data prior to update by said new data into a pre-updated data memory region and, in addition, updates snapshot management information that expresses a snapshot of a data group within the first memory device to information that expresses the snapshot at the certain timing and, at a later timing than the certain timing, judges, on the basis of the snapshot management information, in which of either the pre-updated data memory region or the first memory device the data constituting the data group at a certain timing exists, acquires data from the one in which the data exists and writes it into the second memory device of the second storage subsystem, and generates the certain timing repeatedly.

摘要: This invention discloses an image forming apparatus having an image reading function that can correct the density even when an image is formed based on data acquired from an apparatus other than an image reading apparatus, and a control method therefor. A printer controller (2103) includes a PG unit (3112) for generating a pattern having a predetermined density. The pattern is transmitted to an engine controller (2002) via an output I/F to obtain a print result. Correction data representing the difference between a result obtained by reading the print result and a predetermined characteristic is received from a reader controller via a serial communication controller (3111). The correction data is stored in a data correction unit (3108) and used for printing data subsequently received via an input I/F.

摘要: A subscriber radio access system in which it becomes possible to facilitate communications for realizing high throughput and by which a radio LAN communication can be realized even if a radio link section is longer according to the CSMA protocol on Ethernet is provided. The subscriber radio access system includes plural transceiver terminals; and a base station linked to each of the plural transceiver terminals via a radio communication channel, wherein one of the plural transceiver terminals communicates to the other transceiver terminal with an Ethernet packet employing a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) protocol, of which a packet length is corrected to correspond to a transmission delay time between the one and other transceiver.

摘要: A multi-layer capacitor is highly downsized and increased in capacity. A method for manufacturing the multi-layer capacitor includes, in the same vacuum chamber, forming a dielectric layer, treating a surface of the dielectric layer, forming a pattern in a metal electrode, forming the metal electrode on the dielectric layer, and treating a surface of the metal electrode. In this method, etching of the dielectric layer flattens a recessed part generated by an electrical insulation part.
