    Abstract: The present application pertains to a dual mode radio base station that is operable to operate in either a TDD mode of operation or an FDD mode of operation. The dual mode base station may include a base-band unit (BU) and a radio unit (RU).     Abstract: A thermal power generation apparatus comprises a boiler (15) and multiple turbine sets for high, intermediate and lower steam pressure operation. Steam exhausted from the high pressure turbine (HP), and reduced in both pressure and temperature, is returned to a reheater (19) for reheating. The reheated steam is then passed to a intermediate pressure turbine (IP). It is desirable to control the temperature of steam entering the intermediate pressure turbine (IP). The invention provides a system for effecting temperature control of the reheater stream in a thermal power plant. The system includes a reheater conduit (10, 21) adapted to define at least a part of a reheat flow path for steam between an exhaust of a high pressure turbine system (HP) and an inlet of a reheater system (19). The system further includes an indirect water/steam heat exchanger (B) having a heat exchange portion within the reheat flow path and defining a water flow path means adapted to receive and circulate feed water. The feed water may be taken from take off points (A, D) in the primary feed water stream.

The system and method utilize a dual mode RS decoder (erasure mode and error mode) for FEC decoding. The PHY RS is used to provide smaller granularity for FEC. The system includes a cache memory management scheme for implementing the recursive CRC/RS+FEC in very large scale integrated circuit chip (VLSI) hardware.

    Abstract: A large resisting distortion combo-type bridge expansion device, comprises fixed comb plate 2 and moveable comb plate 1 which are respectively disposed on the girder 10 where at the two sides of the bridge expansion device, the moveable comb plate 1 has comb teeth 11 interdigitate with the comb teeth 21 of the fixed comb plate, the moved comb plate 1 has a rotating shaft 8 at the bottom of its second end, and the two ends of the rotating shaft 8 pivot in the shaft seat 7 which is directly or indirectly fixed on the girders 10.
