Abstract:
A system and method for facilitating a financial transaction over a network including use of a passphrase account identifier is described herein. In one embodiment, a system for facilitating a financial transaction over a network comprises a communication interface; and a payment provider system configured to receive via the communication interface a passphrase account identifier from a merchant system, match the passphrase account identifier to a corresponding funding instrument number of a corresponding funding instrument, communicated the corresponding funding instrument number to an issuer system, receive from the issuer system a notification indication of one of acceptance of the funding instrument or decline of the funding instrument, and communicate back to the merchant system the notification indication.
Abstract:
A printer driver may be used to pass transaction information to a remote location for storage. Such transaction information may pertain, for example, to online transactions performed by a user in relation to various online merchants. Such transactions, for example, may also be facilitated by a payment service provider. In one example, a method of processing transaction information includes receiving transaction information at a client device. The transaction information is associated with a user-merchant transaction. The method also includes receiving a user-initiated selection of a printer driver. The method further includes, in response to the selection, passing the transaction information to a remote location to store the transaction information in a transaction record maintained at the remote location. The passing is performed by software implemented in the printer driver. Related methods, devices, and systems are also disclosed.
Abstract:
A panel assembly for covering a storage recess in a vehicle floor includes a base panel and an extension panel. The base panel is adapted to be movable relative to the recess to cover a first portion of the recess. The extension panel is slidably mounted on the base panel and movable with the base panel. The extension panel is slidable between a retracted position in which a portion of the extension panel is adjacent the base panel, and an extended position such that the portion of the extension panel extends outwardly from the base panel and is adapted to cover a second portion of the recess.
Abstract:
A center seat console that moves between a forward position between front seats, an intermediate position, and a rear position between rear seats is disclosed. The seat/console may function as a seat in the rear seat position, or in the intermediate position. In the intermediate position, the seat/console in the seat configuration may advantageously be used to support a child safety seat. The seat/console may also be configured as a console in either the rear seat, intermediate, or front seat positions. The seat/console is provided with an adjustable height support that permits the seat/console to be lowered to fit beneath arm rests assembled to the front seats when it is desired to place the console between the front seats.
Abstract:
Compounds represented by Formula (I): (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are effective as NMDA NR2B antagonists useful for relieving pain
Abstract:
A vehicle seat assembly is attached to a floor attachment bracket by pivoted front and rear leg assemblies is disclosed. A seat base frame, the floor attachment bracket and the front and rear leg assemblies form a four bar link that support the seat assembly on a floor pan of a vehicle. The floor pan defines a stowage well in which the seat assembly may be selectively stored. The four bar link may be rotated to a limited extent when the seat back frame is in its normal seating position to provide a tip and kneel position. In the tip and kneel position the seat is disposed intermediate the seating position and fully stowed position with the seat back upright to provide improved ingress and egress to areas of the vehicle behind the seat assembly.
Abstract:
A tamper proof transdermal alcohol content monitoring device is made up of analog and digital sides which are securely attached to the human subject to be monitored. The analog side has a sampling circuit which draws a measured insensible skin perspiration sample from the skin of the subject and measured with an electrochemical fuel cell. A distance measurement of the device from the skin of the subject and temperature of the sample are monitored along with the transdermal alcohol content, and converted to digital signals which are transmitted to a modem when the monitor is in proximity to the modem. The signals are stored in the modem and uploaded to a central monitoring station. Automatic alerts may be sent from the central monitoring station to a supervising agency. The supervising agency may also access the information through secured dedicated websites via the Internet.

Abstract:
A machine vision image acquisition system is provided with a housing or enclosure that protects the acquisition system components from an industrial environment. The machine vision image acquisition system has a focusing mechanism that can be actuated externally to the housing. The focusing mechanism uses a gear drive to transmit externally actuated focus adjustments to the optical components of the acquisition system.
