    摘要: In order for increased precision control of air/fuel ratio, a pump electric current indicative voltage and a pump electric voltage are selectively used as an air/fuel ratio indicative signal in such a manner that the pump electric voltage is used at the stoichiometry, while the pump electric current indicative voltage is used as the air/fuel ratio indicative signal at an air/fuel ratio other than the stoichiometry. According to another aspect of the invention, the pump electric current indicative voltage is offset in response to step change in the pump electric voltage to generate an air/fuel ratio indicative signal which changes rapidly at the stoichiometry.

    摘要: A liquid material arrangement method includes performing a first pattern generating step, a dot deleting step, and a liquid material arranging step. The first pattern generating step includes generating a first dot pattern in which a first prescribed number of dots is set according to the prescribed region. The dot deleting step includes deleting a second prescribed number of dots from the first prescribed number of dots to generate a second dot pattern. The liquid material arranging step includes arranging a liquid material in a prescribed region on a substrate by causing a nozzle and the substrate to scan in relative manner and discharging the liquid material from the nozzle based on the second dot pattern. The performing of the dot deleting step further includes deleting at least one prohibited dot with priority with the prohibited dot being determined based on discharge information of the nozzle determined in advance.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a piezoelectric vibration element unit used for an inkjet recording head. The method includes the steps of alternately laminating conductive layers and piezoelectric material layers, sintering a laminated structure after the conductive layers and the piezoelectric layers are laminated to a predetermined thickness, forming external connection electrodes on surfaces of the sintered structure, and fixing a non-vibration region of the sintered structure onto a fixing plate. A region of the structure where the conductive layers are formed is cut into drive piezoelectric vibration elements, and a region of the structure where the conductive layers are not formed is cut into a dummy piezoelectric element.

    摘要: In an ink jet apparatus for manufacturing a color filter 1, ink jet heads 22 having a plurality of nozzle 27 are disposed in a linear manner. Filter element member is ejected to a motherboard 12 from a plurality of nozzles 27 four times so as to form the filter element 3 in a predetermined thickness. By doing this, it is possible to prevent difference in the thickness in a plurality of the filter elements 3 and to equalize light transparency in planar manner. Thus, in an ejecting apparatus, a color filter can be formed in more common way at low cost and more efficiently. Also, it is possible to provide an ejecting apparatus which can equalize factors such as electrooptical characteristics of the electrooptical members, color displaying characteristics by the liquid crystal apparatuses, and illuminating characteristics by an EL surface.

    摘要: A liquid jetting head includes a plurality of nozzle orifices, a plurality of pressure generation chambers associated with the nozzle orifices, and a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators for respectively varying the volume of the associated pressure generation chamber to jet a liquid droplet from the associated nozzle orifice. A drive signal generator generates a plurality of drive signals, respectively driving the piezoelectric vibrators, within a single jetting cycle of the liquid jetting head. An ID data storage stores ID data which identifies the respective nozzle orifices. A correction data storage stores correction data which corrects the amount of liquid jetted from the nozzle orifice. A drive signal supplier identifies a nozzle orifice in which the jetting amount is to be corrected, through use of the ID data, and selects at least one drive signal from the plural drive signals to adjust a displacement degree of a piezoelectric vibrator associated with the identified nozzle orifice, based on the correction data.
