    摘要: A tower barrel for wind electric power generation includes a barrel wall for supporting a wind turbine generator system, a torsion cable direction-changing device which is placed in the tower barrel and fixed on the barrel wall for holding the cable from the wind turbine generator system and restraining the torsion of the cable, and cable clamps which are placed under the torsion cable direction-changing device and connected to the barrel wall for securing the cable. The torsion cable direction-changing device includes a beam and two supports for the beam, the supports are fixed on the barrel wall. The torsion cable direction-changing device in the tower barrel improves the safety of the cable, and so improves the safety of the wind turbine generator system.

A further transition pattern (200) is determined from voice data in the same way but based on a shorter sequence of questions (78). The user is verified based on a comparison (78) of this further transition pattern to a previously stored transition pattern.

    摘要: This invention discloses a charging/discharging protective circuit for a secondary battery pack, having an over-charging/discharging voltage comparator, a reference voltage source and a battery status decision circuit. There is also a sampling circuit having a sequential pulse generator for generating pulses for selecting one of the batteries in the battery pack for testing purposes. The pulse generator provides M-channel gating pulses to the selection circuit of the battery under test and provides sampling pulses to the over-charging/discharging voltage comparators. The reference voltage source has a regulated output circuit. This invention uses time division inspection methods to provide a cost-effective solution for inspecting batteries in a battery pack.

    摘要: A method for identifying androgen receptor (AR) modulators which have full AR agonist or antagonist activity or mixed AR agonist activity is described. In one aspect of the invention, an analyte with mixed AR agonist activity is identified by comparing binding of the analyte to a human AR to its binding to the ligand binding domain (LBD) of the rhesus monkey AR (or other non-human AR) wherein a difference in binding indicates the analyte likely has mixed agonist activity. In a further aspect of the method, the ratio of AR agonist to AR antagonist activity of the analyte with the mixed AR agonist activity is determined by the effect of the analyte on PSA production in a prostrate cancer cell line in the presence and absence of a known full AR agonist. In a further still aspect of the method, analytes which have full AR agonist or antagonist activity are identified by the effect of the analyte on PSA production in a prostrate cancer cell line in the presence and absence of a known full AR agonist. The present invention is particularly useful for identifying analytes which are selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs).
