    Abstract: A tower barrel for wind electric power generation includes a barrel wall for supporting a wind turbine generator system, a torsion cable direction-changing device which is placed in the tower barrel and fixed on the barrel wall for holding the cable from the wind turbine generator system and restraining the torsion of the cable, and cable clamps which are placed under the torsion cable direction-changing device and connected to the barrel wall for securing the cable. The torsion cable direction-changing device includes a beam and two supports for the beam, the supports are fixed on the barrel wall. The torsion cable direction-changing device in the tower barrel improves the safety of the cable, and so improves the safety of the wind turbine generator system.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a cooling device for cooling a wind turbine generator system as well as the wind turbine generator system, wherein the cooling device comprises: a first cooling circuit used for sealing and cycling a first coolant and comprising a first inflow pipeline, one or more heat-absorbing units, a first outflow pipeline and a heat dissipation unit which are in fluid communication with each other in sequence, and the heat dissipation unit being connected to the first inflow pipeline and thus forming the first cooling circuit to be circulatory, and a second cooling circuit used for cooling the heat dissipation unit of the first cooling circuit, a second coolant being adopted by the second cooling circuit and taking away the heat in the heat dissipation unit, so that a first gaseous coolant in the heat dissipation unit is transformed into a first liquid coolant.

    Abstract: A vessel for transporting and hoisting offshore wind turbine includes a hull, fixing brackets, first sliding rails, second sliding rails, a buffer device, rotary cranes and winch devices. A U-shaped opening is provided at the stern of the hull for a wind turbine to pass through. The fixing brackets are arranged in two rows in parallel, and their bottoms are fixed onto the deck in the hull. The second sliding rails are in parallel with the first sliding rails. A hanging beam slidably matched with the first sliding rails is installed on the body of the wind turbine. The buffer device is fixed to the bottom of the wind turbine. The rotary cranes are fixed on the top of two sides of the U-shaped opening. The winch devices are installed on the stern of the hull. An offshore wind turbine transporting and hoisting method using the vessel is also disclosed.
