摘要： The present invention relates to a mobile communication system in which data is transmitted and received through a wireless transmission line between a mobile station device and a network-side device. A receiving-side device includes a retransmission request transmitter configured to transmit, to a transmitting-side device, a retransmission request for requesting retransmission processing on each data unit of the data, when a reception error is detected in the data unit. The transmitting-side device includes a retransmission time storage configured to store a retransmission time at which the retransmission processing is performed on the data unit; and a retransmission controller configured to control so as not to perform the retransmission processing on the data unit related to a received retransmission request, when the retransmission time of the data unit is stored and a difference between the retransmission time and a current time is shorter than a retransmission prohibition period.

摘要： A disc device includes a cabinet having a tray ejection/inserting opening; a disc tray being ejected from and inserted into the tray ejecting/inserting opening of the cabinet; a tray cover being capable of opening and closing the tray ejecting/inserting opening of the cabinet; and an engaging unit that engages the disc tray with the tray cover at an opening position when the disc tray is inserted to thereby pull in and close the tray cover from the opening position. The tray cover is pushed out and opened from a closing position by the disc tray when the disc tray is ejected. The engaging unit holds the disc tray and the tray cover engaged with each other when the disc tray is received in the cabinet to thereby prevent the tray cover from being opened.

摘要： After a switch of a transmission rate for a mobile station, the next switch of the transmission rate for the mobile station is halted for a predetermined period of time. Thus, deterioration in resource use efficiency can be prevented, and a switch to a high transmission rate for another mobile station requiring the high transmission rate can be smoothly performed, thus the throughput quality can be maintained.A wireless base station or a control station switches a transmission rate for each mobile station in accordance with the amount of information transmitted and received, and, after switching a transmission rate for one of the mobile stations, halts the next switch control of transmission rates for the mobile station for a predetermined period of time, thus optimizing system performance. A switch halt period is variably set depending on whether a current transmission rate and a switched transmission rate are higher or lower, or in accordance with the number of remaining resources.

摘要： A mobile communication system for providing mobile communication service by radio to a mobile station is disclosed. The mobile communication system comprises base stations having a function of controlling hand-overs and in-coming and out-going calls necessary for providing the mobile communication service, and a multi-cell controlling station having a function of managing radio resources of plural base stations forming radio cells and selecting an optimum base station, and a function of allocating radio resources to the base stations. When at least one of the base station controls an in-coming or out-going call or controls a hand-over, if its own radio resource usage rate is lower than a threshold, the base station selects a base station to be allocated without communicating with the multi-cell controlling station.

Assuming that the input terminal nozzles Y (n-3), M (n-2), C (n-1), and Bkn of four actuators form a group n, a group 4 (G4) is formed from input terminals spanning four stages, i.e. Y1, M2, C3, Bk4, and from a group 5 onward, similar groups are formed repeatedly. Input terminals of different colors are connected in succession to a driver IC 26a according to a color cycle of C→Y→Bk→M. Meanwhile, input terminals of different colors are connected in succession to a driver IC 26b according to a color cycle of Bk→M→C→Y. In all of the nozzle arrays, the driver ICs which drive the nozzles are connected alternately in staggered form.
