    Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a signal quality information obtaining method, a device, and a system. One example method includes: a source network device obtains configuration information of an SRS of a terminal device and sends the configuration information of the SRS to a target network device and the terminal device. A first cell of the target network device monitors the SRS based on the configuration information of the SRS, and then the target network device sends, to the source network device, signal quality information of the SRS detected by the first cell. Correspondingly, the source network device receives, from the target network device, the signal quality information of the SRS detected by the first cell, where the first cell is a cell controlled by the target network device, the first cell is an energy-saving cell, and the energy-saving cell is a cell that does not send an SSB.
