Abstract: This application provides a control information sending method and a communication apparatus. According to the method, a terminal may determine, based on first information, a resource occupied by transmission according to a first communication protocol; determine, based on the resource occupied by transmission according to the first communication protocol, that a first resource is an available resource; and transmit control information on the first resource according to a second communication protocol. This can avoid control information transmission according to the second communication protocol by using the resource occupied by transmission according to the first communication protocol, thereby helping avoid a resource conflict between transmission according to the first communication protocol and transmission according to the second communication protocol.

The method includes: receiving an uplink-downlink time division duplex TDD configuration from a network device; determining, based on first periodicity information included in the uplink-downlink TDD configuration, a first subcarrier spacing SCS corresponding to the first periodicity information, where the first SCS is used to indicate a sidelink SL reference SCS; and sending indication information to a second terminal device based on the uplink-downlink TDD configuration and the first SCS, where the indication information is used to indicate uplink UL transmission time corresponding to the first periodicity information.

A first field in the first message is set to be null, and the first field is used to indicate a time-frequency resource that carries hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ information. The first message is used to indicate the receiving node to delay feeding back HARQ information corresponding to a first transport block TB, or the first message is used to indicate the receiving node to give up feeding back the HARQ information corresponding to the first TB. The first TB is a transport block scheduled by the first message.

A method of receiving a control signaling is applied to a D2D communication process. The method receives, by a second device, a control signaling sent by a first device, where the control signaling carries attribute identification information of service data that the first device needs to send. The method determines, by the second device according to the attribute identification information, whether the service data is data required by the second device. The method receives, by the second device, the service data if the service data is the data required by the second device. The method, apparatus, and device for control signaling processing of the invention are applied to selectively receive or demodulate service data, and reduce reception complexity and power consumption of a receiver user equipment (UE).
