摘要: A system for transacting business with customers is disclosed. The system includes a dispatch division receiving a complaint from a customer related to a problem the customer is experiencing. The dispatch division then deploys a technician to repair the problem. While the technician is conducting the repair, the system permits the technician to interact with the customer and negotiate and close deals for additional or modified products, services or features that the customer may want. The system also includes provisions for allowing the technician to retrieve information related to the customer and includes features that automatically notify various appropriate business offices for follow-up with the customer.

摘要: The present invention is related to a method and apparatus for facilitating lossless handover in a wireless communication system comprising at least one wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), a source evolved Node B (eNB), a target eNB, and a mobility management entity/user plane entity (MME/UPE) where the WTRU is in wireless communication with the source eNB. The source eNB determines to handover the WTRU to the target eNB, requests status reports from the WTRU, and requests handover to the target eNB. The handover request includes context information relating to the WTRU which is sent to the target eNB. The target eNB configures resources for the WTRU and transmits a handover response signal to the source eNB. The source eNB commands the WTRU to perform a handover to the target eNB and forwards data to the target eNB. The WTRU performs the handover to the target eNB.

摘要: A self-unloading bed includes a conveyor with chain bars that are strong, light-weight and non-damaging to the floor upon which the conveyor slides. The preferred chain bar is an elongated bar with two legs, each of said two legs having a foot. The feet extend away from the leading (unloading) direction, the transition from leg to foot being formed by smooth bends, so that no sharp edges exist that would gouge into the floor as the chain bar moves across the floor. The preferred chain bar, made of a single metal bar with four longitudinal bends, is extremely strong for its weight, and it unlikely to bend or gouge into the floor during use.

摘要: A method for performing patient specific analysis of disease relevant changes of a disease in an anatomical structure of interest is provided. The method comprises determining a percentage of the anatomical structure that is encompassed by a diseased tissue region using a patient specific healthy tissue model. The method then comprises determining the amount or spatial distribution or a combination thereof of tissue volume variation due to the disease in the anatomical structure based on the percentage of the anatomical structure encompassed by the diseased tissue region and an estimated original amount of tissue.

摘要: In one embodiment according to the invention, there is disclosed a method for implementing call controls in a telephony network. The method comprises processing a call log of actual calls for an individual end user of the telephony network to identify applicability, for each call of the call log, of each rule of a set of call control rules; and providing a display of a call disposition that would occur for at least one call in the call log, assuming implementation of the set of call control rules. Another embodiment according to the invention comprises providing a call log of calls for an individual end user of the telephony network; and providing a display of a call control rule applied to a call of the call log. The display of the call control rule comprises an identification of one or more criteria that triggered application of the call control rule, and a disposition of the call as a result of the call control rule.

摘要: A process for removing color bodies from hydrocarbon-based fuels, particularly gasoline, using an activated carbon is disclosed. Color bodies are removed from the fuel by contacting the fuel with such activated carbon having within this pore structure a fuel decolorizing amount of polymerized phosphoric acid or reduced transition metals. Phosphoric acid may be added to a non-phosphoric acid-activated carbon (such as steam activated coal-based) prior to the subsequent heat treatment or one can take advantage of residual phosphoric acid present in, for example, a phosphoric acid-activated wood-based carbon. Similarly, transition metals such as copper may be added to an activated carbon in a salt form in addition to whatever is already present therein as impurities.
