摘要： To provide an absorbent article that can further reduce leakage of body fluid from an end portion in a longitudinal direction. An elongated shaped absorbent article includes: a top sheet that has a skin contacting surface; a back sheet; and an absorbent core that is disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet, in which a compressed groove is formed on the skin contacting surface; the skin contacting surface has an excretory contact region, a front region, and a rear region; the compressed groove has a pair of first central grooves and a first circular groove that is provided in at least any one of the front region and the rear region; and the first circular groove is arranged at a position overlapping a vertical center line.

摘要： A continuous packing product of an absorbent article has a plurality of packing bodies are continuous with the absorbent article being packed by means of an exterior sheet and the exterior sheet has: a first resin layer which is formed of a thermoplastic resin, and a second resin layer which is formed of a thermoplastic resin with a melting point higher than that of the thermoplastic resin forming the first resin layer. A bonded region configured to partition the packing unit by means of thermal bonding is formed on the exterior sheet. The second resin layer is laminated on the first resin layer in at least the bonded region and the thermoplastic resin configuring the second resin layer is soluble in a solvent.

A mode specification table in a storage device contains mode specification information obtained by associating a job designated by a user. The mode specification information indicates which of a page mode and a band mode is to be selected when the job is performed. An operation panel detects a first user operation for inputting the job and a second user operation for starting the job. A main controller, using the mode specification information, specifies the mode corresponding to the job designated by the first user operation. A main controller causes a data acquisition circuit to acquire image data upon detection of the second user operation and causes an image processing circuit to perform a data processing according to the specified mode.
