摘要: A manpower-assisting power apparatus for appropriately applying power to assist human power without using a large, high cost torque detection apparatus, and enabling operation by human power to be continued even when external motor-generated power is no longer applied. This manpower-assisting power apparatus is equipped with a differential gear mechanism preferably comprising a pedal drive bevel gear, a motor drive bevel gear, and a pair of corresponding small bevel gears driving a rotary output member. The rotational speeds of the motor drive spur gear integrated with motor drive bevel gear, and pedal drive sprocket integrated with pedal drive bevel gear are respectively detected by a motor speed sensor and at least one manpower rotational speed sensors operating in a noncontact fashion. These detected rotational speeds are used by a controller to preferably drive the motor to maintain a constant ratio between these rotational speeds. Also, this power apparatus may employ a planetary gear system to minimize mechanical loss when transferring power from the motor-manpower combination to the output member driving a wheel.

摘要: A brushless DC motor, whose stator (10) is a combination of stator yokes (11, 16), a bobbin (14) on which a magnetic field coil (15) is wound and to which terminal pins are provided, and a base plate (20). The stator (10) is fixed to the base plate (20) by a protrusion (12c) provided on the bobbin (14) or by a flange (18a) formed on a bearing. The widths of magnetic poles (11a, 16a) of the stator, which are measured in the circumferential direction of the stator, are smaller than the width of one of the poles of a rotor magnet (5). Thereby, the position of a stable point is a maximum excitation torque position. Further, a magnetic pole sensing element (21) is provided at a place which is shifted in the circumferential direction from the middle position of one of the magnetic poles of the rotor magnet (5).

摘要: In a radial gap type brushless DC motor having a motor structure for generating a starting torque and lowering rotational speed fluctuation by forming either one of a pair of upper and lower (right and left) claw poles to have a smaller interval in the circumferential direction with respect to the other claw pole, shifting the position of the upper or lower claw poles toward the rotating direction of the rotor from the middle position of the other claw pole and claw pole, and setting a ratio (a/p) of the claw pole width a and the pole pitch p, a ratio (b/a) of the claw pole width a and the claw pole width b, and a ratio (c/d) of the claw pole pitch c and the claw pole pitch d to fall in a prescribed range, a method for driving a motor forms the generated torque cycle of a cogging torque generated between a permanent magnet rotor (2) and a stator into large and small torque waves, and switches the current of a coil (12) at a high peak of absolute quantity or in the vicinity thereof among a plurality of positive peaks of the cogging torque. Further, a method for driving a motor wherein the coil current is switched at a position where the excited torque generated by the coil current becomes zero or in its vicinity. And, a method for driving a motor wherein the coil current is switched in a vicinity of a positive peak of the cogging torque and giving a no-current passing period when switching the coil current.

摘要: There is provided a tin-plated product which has a small deterioration of contact resistance with age, an excellent wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. A coating of a composite material, which contains 0.1 to 1.0 wt % of carbon particles dispersed in a tin layer and which has a thickness of 0.5 to 10.0 μm, preferably 1.0 to 5.0 μm, is formed as the outermost layer of a substrate. Thus, the coefficient of dynamic friction between the tin-plated products of the same kind is 0.20 or less, and the coefficient of dynamic friction between the tin-plated product and a reflow tin-plated product is 0.20 or less, while the contact resistance is 1 mΩ or less.

摘要: There is provided a method for producing a composite plated product wherein a coating of a composite material containing carbon particles in a silver layer is formed on a substrate by using a composite plating solution wherein carbon particles treated by an oxidation treatment and a silver matrix orientation adjusting agent are added to a silver plating solution, the method being capable of preventing the wear resistance of the composite plated product from being deteriorated even if the current density in a plating process is increased. The molar ratio of silver to free cyanogen in the composite plating solution is adjusted so as not to be less than 0.7, preferably so as to be in the range of from 0.7 to 1.3. The silver matrix orientation adjusting agent contains selenium ions, and is preferably potassium selenocyanate. The concentration of the silver matrix orientation adjusting agent in the composite plating solution is adjusted so as to be in the range of from 5 mg/l to 20 mg/l.
