    摘要: A semiconductor module includes: an insulating resin layer; a wiring layer which is provided on one main surface of the insulating resin layer and which includes an external connection region; bump electrodes which are electrically connected to the wiring layer and each of which is formed such that it protrudes from the wiring layer toward the insulating resin layer; a semiconductor device which is provided on the other main surface of the insulating resin layer and which includes device electrodes connected to the bump electrode; and a wiring protection layer provided on the wiring layer and the insulating resin layer so as to expose the external connection region. In the semiconductor module, the outer edge portion of the wiring protection layer is in contact with the external edge portion of the semiconductor device such that it shields at least a part of the semiconductor resin layer at the side edge.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus is configured to receive supply of toner from a toner container. The toner container contains the toner and is rotated to supply the toner. The image forming apparatus includes a developer, a container mountable unit, a toner detector, a rotation counter, and a controller. The developer develops an electrostatic latent image on an image carrier using the toner. To the container mountable unit, the toner container is exchangeably mounted. The toner detector detects an amount of the toner supplied from the toner container. The rotation counter counts a number of rotations of the toner container during the supply of the toner. The controller determines whether the toner container is suitable for the image forming apparatus based on a result of detection by the toner detector and based on a result of counting by the rotation counter.

    摘要: A first resistive film is arranged such that one edge thereof is connected to a first terminal, and an edge that is opposite to the aforementioned edge is connected to a second terminal. A second resistive film is arranged with a gap between it and the first resistive film such that one edge thereof is connected to a third terminal. A voltage generating unit applies a predetermined first bias voltage and a predetermined second bias voltage to the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively. A voltage detection unit detects a panel voltage that occurs at the third terminal. A current detection unit detects a panel current that flows through a path including the first terminal, the first resistive film, and the second terminal. A computation unit determines the coordinates touched by the user, based upon the values of the panel voltage and the panel current.
