摘要: The carrying device comprises a carrying mechanism carrying a fluid vessel containing liquid, a detection device detecting depth information changing with depth of the liquid in the fluid vessel, and a control device controlling the carrying mechanism. The control device comprises: an information acquisition unit acquiring the depth information detected by the detection device; a computing unit calculating a maximum value of an acceleration which can be given to the fluid vessel when carried based on the depth information acquired by the information acquisition unit; and a carry command unit giving the carrying mechanism a command for carrying the fluid vessel at acceleration of the maximum value or smaller. The computing unit calculates a greater value as the maximum value of the acceleration as the depth of the liquid in the fluid vessel increases, and a smaller value as the maximum value of the acceleration as the depth of the liquid in the fluid vessel decreases.

摘要: The present invention provides an organic electroluminescence element in which an anode layer 2, a light emitting unit 3, and a cathode layer 4 which each have optical permeability are stacked on a transparent substrate 1, the cathode layer 4 including a first charge generation layer 4a and a cathode 4c. The cathode 4c is formed by way of a facing target sputtering method. Even in the case where a cathode material which has optical permeability is used, the organic electroluminescence element is driven at a low applied voltage, has no angle dependability of an emission spectrum, and has high luminous efficiency.

摘要: The present invention provides a patterning method of an organic EL device that can easily and efficiently be performed with high definition, and that can control a contrast by a luminous brightness. In an organic EL device having an organic layer, including an organic luminescent material, formed between a pair of counter electrodes, ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the organic layer, and the amount of irradiation is changed to form an emission pattern having a contrast caused by a luminous brightness corresponding to the amount of the irradiation of the ultraviolet ray.

摘要: An evaporation source having a nozzle structure that makes the distribution of film thickness uniform in the width direction of a substrate and a vacuum evaporator using the same are provided. A vapor produced by evaporation or sublimation by heating to evaporation material is discharged from a long nozzle opening like a band. A deposited substrate is transferred in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the nozzle opening while facing the nozzle opening. A discharge flow rate of vapor per unit area in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle opening is made to be maximum in a portion at a nozzle width direction position corresponding to a substrate edge position rather than a central part of the nozzle opening and a plurality of partition plates providing directivity to the flow of vapor are arranged inside the nozzle opening.

摘要: A platen plate for supporting an ejection object for liquid droplets ejected from each nozzle on the bottom surface of a liquid ejection head can secure the flatness of the ejection object so as to appropriately eject ink as well as can prevent the contamination of the bottom surface of the ejection object. The platen plate is provided with a plurality of ribs raised from its bottom surface so as to extend in a conveying direction of a recording sheet and arranged at predetermined intervals in a width wise direction of the recording sheet, and out of a region where ink droplets ejected from the each nozzle are landed, the bottom surface of the recording sheet is supported with top faces of the ribs so as to define a distance between the recording sheet and the ink ejection surface, and within the region where ink droplets ejected from the each nozzle are landed, the rib top faces are formed to have a height, or the ribs themselves do not exist, so that the rib top faces are not brought into contact with the bottom surface of the recording sheet.

摘要: An organic electroluminescent device including at least one organic thin film layer interposed between an anode and a cathode, the at least one organic thin film layer including a luminescent zone having at least one luminescent layer, wherein the organic thin film layer contains a compound represented by one of the following general formulae [I], [II], and [III]: A1-X1-(A2)a  [I] XN-(Y)n  [II] Y1-Y2  [III] Since the light emission from layers other than the luminescent zone (luminescent layer) is significantly decreased in this organic EL device, the color purity of the light emitted by the device is improved, thus providing a highly efficient, high luminance organic electroluminescent device.
